    Madeleine has been nothing but a blessing for me. I first met Madeleine July 1st. I found her after Googling names given to me by my insurance company. As a person who works out regularly, I found myself eating potato chips WHILE driving to the gym. I lost myself and found 25 pounds. That was it!!!! I made an obligation to get myself back and Madeleine helped me to do that. She listened to the foods I like and what I don't like. No magic pills, just follow the rules. Since July 1st, I've lost 18 of the 25 I've put on. If you are SERIOUSLY ready, Madeleine is your girl!!!!

    Being a weight lifter Madeline proved I did not need supplements and I lost fat gained muscle. Also got me off of snacks!

I remember warning her during my first appointment that I was stubborn just so that she wouldn't expect much of me. Even though I needed to improve my eating habits, I didn't want Shana to come in and create a storm in my life. I did not want anyone dictating what I could and could not do; what I could or could not eat. After my initial consultation, I felt like I was still on two feet. I felt even more grounded than before. She gave me the information and tools to reach my goals, but I still always feel I have control over my choices. Rather than create the havoc I feared before meeting with her, she made it all simpler. She is positive and encouraging and that gives me confidence and allows me to make better choices for myself in reaching my goals. She got me in control of my decisions and I am now proud of the choices I make. I like that Shana doesn't just deal with food; she helped me improve my fitness and workouts, too. We go over what I could have done better and how I will succeed in the future. I love that Shana doesn't judge. I feel completely comfortable explaining what I have done, how I feel and what I plan to do. She's easy to talk to and very encouraging. She helps plan out my food and fitness goals. And she's really sincere about it all. She goes out of her way to accommodate your schedule, answer questions after-hours and motivate between sessions. I think I most enjoyed learning about myself during this process. I know now what I have to eat during one day, what makes a healthy meal and what foods to avoid that make me feel physically ill and also emotionally guilty. I now expect more from myself, and that makes me feel like a better, grown person. I like that when I'm feeling off track, meeting with Shana immediately inspires me to stay focused. She shows me what needs to happen to reach my goals. I also enjoy her social media profile. She motivates me during the week even when I'm busy with work and personal stresses. Seeing her other clients' responses shows me there are many others like me going through similar issues. I would definitely recommend Shana to anyone looking to improve their personal health.
