I started seeing her in the beginning of November and since that time I've lost close to 20 lbs. It's hard work but very worth it! She wants me to eat healthy foods every 2 to 3 hours so my blood sugar stays regulated and I don't start grabbing crappy food just because I'm starving. With her plan I don't feel like I'm starving, I'm eating a few snacks throughout the day and 3 meals. I'm eating a lot and still losing weight because it's all healthy! I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution. Every morning she sent an affirmation and checked on everyone in the challenge to see how we felt and how we were doing. I love a good accountability group chat especially since COVID forced so many of us to stop going to the physical gym and have to work out at home I would absolutely recommend Crystal because she genuinely cares about her clients and she wants to see you become your best self.
