My daughter had called around because I needed a new radio for my Toyota Camry, and after reading all of his wonderful reviews, we decided to give him a call. The reviews were absolutely right. At first, Jacob believed the problem was with the touch screen/display (the glass portion of the radio), so he ordered the replacement part. Before moving forward, he realized that replacing the screen wouldn't solve the problem after all. Rather than charging us for a part that wasn't needed, he absorbed the cost himself. He then continued troubleshooting until he determined that the entire radio needed to be replaced. He found a replacement radio, installed it at a very fair price, and made sure everything worked perfectly. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. Instead of taking the easy route, Jacob did what was right, and that says everything about the kind of person he is. What impressed me most wasn't just his expertise --it was the way he treated me. He made me feel like I mattered, not just like another customer. In today's world, that kind of genuine care is rare. Jacob is one of those special people who goes above and beyond because that's simply who he is. His integrity, warmth, and outstanding customer service are second to none. I couldn't be happier with my new radio, but even more than that, I'm grateful for the experience. So I went to AutoZone and they checked my battery and at first he said it was my battery and then he said my battery was fine and he thinks it was my starter. I called up three places and they all wanted over $900 for a starter. I called Best auto and the guy gave me a great price. He wanted $650, so my friend followed me there to drop my car off that afternoon ... a half hour later Yakir called me up and said I don't think it's your starter, I think it's just your battery... So he put in a new battery... Told me to pick my car up in 20 minutes... And said if it doesn't start tomorrow, it's your starter, but I really don't think it is... I think it was just the battery.
