It's never a good day when you need an auto body shop,…read morebut JADI makes the experience about as pleasant as possible, but beyond that, their work is impeccable and the pricing is terrific!! I've had cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and even boats throughout my life, and sadly, I've needed work done from time to time, but JADI has been the best shop hands down that I've worked with from Malibu, to Texas, to Chicago, New York, the Carolinas, Ohio, and more (I've lived all over). They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. Oh, and I've had my BMWs there as well as my high end 911's, and the work has always stood up well, both on the street and the track. This shop is the best!!

They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. The rest of his comments are also not true and extremely arrogant. That only shows his character.

BEWARE!! On October 24th, 2025, my husband, Adam, took his…read more2016 BMW 428i to Best Auto & Economy Tire to have the rear left tire patched. This is the same shop that had previously installed all four tires on the vehicle, which is why we returned there. After the repair was completed, my husband drove home (approximately 15 minutes away) and immediately noticed a new noise coming from the rear of the car. Concerned, he returned to the shop and asked the same worker who performed the job to inspect the issue. While test driving the vehicle, the worker claimed the noise was caused by the emergency parking brake. He pulled on the brake lever, and while the noise slightly lessened, it did not resolve. My husband, who has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, explained that the emergency brake had never been serviced and had not made any noise before the tire was removed and reinstalled. The worker became agitated and dismissive, suggesting instead that the brake pads could be at fault. His tone and demeanor grew increasingly rude. To avoid further confrontation, my husband asked him to return to the shop, stating that he no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation. Once home, my husband called another individual at the shop--apparently a co-owner--and explained what happened. This person apologized and offered to re-inspect the vehicle, scheduling a follow-up for Tuesday, October 28th. On that date, we brought the car back and picked it up around 4:30 PM. The shop stated that the noise was still present, insisting once again that it was related to the emergency parking brake. My husband agreed to have the issue fixed and was told to bring the vehicle back on Thursday. We dropped the car off as instructed. The following day (Friday morning), I called for an update. The owner informed me that they were waiting for a part, expected to arrive at noon, and that they would call when the repair was completed. Later that afternoon, around 4 PM, my husband received a message stating that the wheel hub and bearings were damaged and needed replacement, at a cost of $650 plus tax. When I called to discuss the matter, I asked if he could offer a fairer price or use aftermarket parts. The owner refused, saying his only option was a used BMW part at that price. When I pointed out that this same shop was the last one to install and remove those tires -- and that improper torque or overtightening could have caused the damage -- the owner became defensive, raised his voice, and told me I was wrong. He insisted that "overtightening doesn't damage anything" and dismissed my explanation, despite my firsthand experience with similar damage on a prior vehicle. His tone throughout the call was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. At this point, we believe the damage to the wheel hub and bearings was directly caused by improper handling or overtightening during the initial tire repair performed on October 24th. The shop's refusal to take responsibility, as well as their unprofessional behavior and contradictory explanations, have left us with no choice but to document the incident with the Florida Department of agriculture and consumer services. I will also post someone else review they women had the same experience and she too owed a bmw they spoke as if they had experience with bmws and damaged the car even more.

(He kept a pen in his back pocket.) The transport company was wonderful and said that they would take care of repairing the seat when I found an upholsterer down here in Southeast Florida. It took me TEN MONTHS to find a company that would undertake the project. Business owners gave me many reasons why they would not do the work, usually related to the perforations and unique pattern of the seat. One company told me that they would need to reupholster BOTH seats to match and quoted a price upwards of $2500. Other companies agreed to do the work and then 'ghosted' me. They never got back to me about scheduling, and when I called them, they were nowhere to be found. I FINALLY was lucky and came in contact with BAHAMAS UPHOLSTERY in Boca Raton. William was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do the work for a fair price. He took care of dealing with the transport company so that he could get paid, order materials and schedule the work. William remained in contact with me throughout the process. The job took less than six hours. I dropped off the car and picked it up on the same day. When I first saw the repaired seat, my eyes welled up with tears. The craftsmanship was exquisite! I couldn't even tell there was ever a tear in the leather. This company also went above and beyond by fixing a stain that "I" was unable to get out without ruining the passenger seat. They took care of BOTH seats and I am satisfied beyond belief. William is an artist and a decent, honest business owner. I cannot recommend Bahamas Upholstery enough. Trust this company if you treasure your vehicle the way I treasure mine. Thank you, William, for a job well done! I've attached Before and After photographs. Please trust my experience if you need a wonderful Upholstery Company.
