Dr. Witten ran the testing to confirm there was not another issue, and then made sure I was placed with the right Dr. to take care of my endometriosis. After my surgery he made a personal phone call (not his nurse) just to make sure I was doing ok. If we need any further treatment we will definitely return. He could have very easily performed unnecessary test and procedures for the money and did not. I am endometriosis free because his main priority was my health and getting the proper treatment. He is very direct and to the point which can come across harsh if you choose to take it that way. Instead I felt like he was incredibly informative and explained everything thoroughly. You can tell his knowledge is abundant and his experience gives him a lot of great insight. We tell anyone we come across struggling with infertility to go see him.

Dr. Rutledge was my doctor during my first pregnancy, but I rarely saw her throughout my pregnancy. I was induced at 37 weeks and ultimately spent 72 hours in labor. During that time, Dr. Rutledge went out of town. After 72 hours of labor, I was told that my doctor was unavailable and that an ER doctor would be delivering my baby via C-section. Thankfully, Dr. Lucco was there for me. She had seen me for much of my pregnancy, and when I asked for her to deliver my baby, she came in even though she was not scheduled to be at the hospital to deliver a child. She came ready to serve, support me, and make sure I felt cared for during what was an incredibly difficult and vulnerable experience. I will never forget Dr. Lucco's compassion, care, and support. Her presence meant so much to me, and I still think about her to this day. Dr. Lucco is a PHENOMENAL WOMAN and a GREAT PHYSICIAN. I am forever grateful that she showed up for me when I needed someone in my corner.

The purpose of my visit was because I've been experiencing symptoms of perimenopause for the last 2 years and over the past year they've started to get worse. When I mentioned some of my symptoms to her, she completely dismissed my concerns and told me "Feeling hot all the time isn't a symptom of perimenopause." She also told me my PCP was full of for sending me to an obgyn and that I should go back to my PCP to address my concerns. The only bloodwork she ordered was to check my thyroid levels (which were normal). She used coded language to fat shame me by telling me I needed to "make lifestyle changes." She also suggested I try magnesium and get on an antidepressant, but failed to look at my medical history and see that I'm already taking an antidepressant. Do not visit this practice, especially not Ms. Johnson, if you are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, as you will not be taken seriously.

I'm very disappointed with this hospital. Unfortunately in these days we can't trust doctors…read moreanymore and have to pay double and check with more than one doctor before we make a decision.. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Schnapp and was promised wasn't going to be charged but no one took an action yet.. Here is my story. I visited Dr. Schnapp because of a vaginal issue (I had a brown discharge every couple of weeks) and was scheduled for an ultrasound. The ultrasound result was an enlarged left ovary with hemorrhagic cyst. The doctor mentioned that the cyst size was very big and it will cause me pain and bleeding if left. I asked if it can be treated with medication, but she said no because of the size and this type of cyst never dissolves on its own and will require a surgery. The Dr told me to do the laparoscopically surgery as soon as I can and that was on August 31st, but I told her that I can't do it until mid of October because of work commitment. So we scheduled the surgery on October 18 (a month and a half after the ultrasound). During that time the office called me and asked me to visit the hospital and I thought something related to the surgery. I made the appointment on October 17. On that day, the nurse took me to a room full of tools for an operation so I was shocked! I asked the nurse why I'm here? She said your Pap smear was not normal so the doctor requested this operation (I forget what was the name of the operation), so I told her but all the results on the app was normal! Then She checked the data and said "you are right, I will go and check with the doctor why are you here" !! So if I haven't asked they would have done an operation on me!! Then she came back and said we are sorry it was a mistake! (Later when I think about it, not even sure they had the right person). She asked if I had any questions, and I did have some questions for next day's surgery. She said "I don't know I will call the doctor". Then the doctor came and told me the recovery would take about 2 weeks and she said I have to be at the hospital by 7am and left. I had the surgery on 10/18 and when I woke up after the surgery, I was very shocked when my husband told me that the doctor came and said they didn't find any evidence the cyst even existed and it may have dissolved !!!!! (Later when I think about it, I think they got the wrong person and the whole thing was mixed up). I was very angry and in pain from the surgery and I asked to see the Dr, but they said she left!! On the follow up appointment I talked to the Dr about everything and told her why you didn't say it might get dissolved on its own? And if there is a 1% chance for it to dissolve why didn't you make another ultrasound before the surgery? she said because she thought I was in pain!! So she thought I'm in pain but I never said that, the only time I mentioned pain was the first time I saw her when I mentioned the last time I had brown discharge was combined with pain so I didn't know if it was my period or just the brown discharge! so she apologized for misunderstanding and such.. Then I asked her about the bills, she mentioned that she will talk to her manager and they will call me. So I didn't go to work for 2 weeks and now I have to pay ~$5000 for the surgery. After calling the office manager multiple times, I was finally able to talk to her. And she said she will talk to the billing department and try to wave the bills, but till now no body called me!! And I received the bills!! It was unnecessary surgery!!! She put me in risk of anesthesia, pain, 2 weeks recovery without pay, and bills! The worst part is no one cares about what happened and not getting any directions to the right person to talk to!
