She cares more about the cost of sending you to a scan or the "burden on insurance company" than your health! Even the fact that I rarely even go to a doctor didn't matter she put wrong information on my report, knowing that I am in daily pain but didn't note it, charged me €250 for a few words & refused to change it when I queried the misinformation. Long waits too although booked in; it's not unusual to be waiting an hour.
