Christy, who works up front, is great, and I feel obligated to point that out straight away because…read moreshe was literally the only positive aspect of my visit. I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I'm sincerely happy for those who were able to get some pain relief, but do not understand how the same facility offered such abysmal service and neglect. Bless your heart Christy.

Sketchy place, wasn't even asked why I what I was coming there for .. when said chiropractor returned from break she looked at how I filled form and indicated I needed to see 1of 2 doctors she scribbled on post it note... I had no idea who these doctors were... she just told me I couldn't be seen due to how I answered a Medicare question even though I WAS told they don't take my Medicare ... when questioned that I was told they couldn't explain that they weren't allowed to. I will never use the joint again. This is a sketchy scam franchise with employees that are not able to help you and I don't want anyone like that to handle my body. I had no feeling that there was any professionalism there any resolution and definitely would not trust that Chiropractor working on my body not with the feeling of that place. It comes across like it's just an opportunity to try and get you on a plan where they can just take your money. I would highly advise finding someone else if you are in need of Adjustments someone who is much more qualified much more Customer Service and definitely can answer questions regarding a form that they require you to fill out if they can't answer questions about anything on a form. They don't need to be giving that out and definitely. You should never fill the form out for a company franchise like that.
