While I generally never give five stars because I believe there is always room for improvement, they did a great job and were very respectable towards the house, the items surrounding the house, and overall clean-up. They worked us in at the last minute when another job canceled so we had the work done inside of a week. Our roof was a mess, it didn't look like it had been cleaned since it was installed in 1999. The gutters were black (they are actually white), and there was so much moss on the roof. Now, after their service it looks brand new. The gutters are white, no moss, and they were even able to fix a number of cracked and damaged tiles. My only concern, when we originally reached out to them back at the beginning of the year, we never heard back. The owner did apologize for doing so, and once we started texting him about this new job communication was quick and efficient. Their prices are a bit steep (pun intended) but you do get what you pay for!

One even gave us a quote and when I called to book the job, they never called back. We found Steve's website online and he called us back within a day, was out to do the quote with in a few days after that and started the job within about a week! He was prompt, professional and not afraid of technology (I.e he knew how to respond via email--which was great because then we didn't play phone tag.) He used quality lumber from a local company, got the job done on time and delivered high quality work. His quote was just a bit less than other quotes (yea!), but generally all the quotes we got were in the same ballpark. So it was really his promptness, communication and professionalism that sold us. The site was clean and orderly after they left and we came home to a beautiful cedar fence. I especially like the gate design. I also needed the width of the gate widened because originally they made the opening too narrow, so they were able to widen the opening before the rest of the fence was installed. I appreciate them checking with me halfway through the project. A few weeks ago one of the posts was failing I put in a warranty claim. They came out quickly and replaced it. In the end, we decided to move forward with Cool Cat and had a pretty decent experience with them. Yes, they're a bit more pricey than some others but we felt like overall the quality seemed better. The communication was a little spotty in the sense of being bounced around from project managers throughout the process. I don't believe the PM we were speaking with was there during fence installation. I'm thankful that they were pretty responsive with us when we had questions. In the end they did a great job and were happy with the fence. They worked quickly and efficiently and didn't leave a mess thankfully.
