I had her check my insurance twice because my insurance said they were in network after she checked it the first time and told me they weren't included as in network provider. She then proceeded to go into this whole thing about how she relayed this information to me on 4 different dates which was completely unnecessary and actually inaccurate. I had her check twice we did talk about it more than once, considering they never answer the phone and she returned one of my voicemails not realizing I had already previously called. Why would a therapy business have such a rude, receptionist? -No idea. Horrible! Honestly she can't be that busy being a receptionist at a psychotherapy clinic.
