First, they thought I was there for a skin check. I said, no. They said, "well that's what we have written down". I should have left right then and there. Dr. Brennan was not knowledgeable. I mentioned I had food allergy testing and she discussed Celiac disease and testing. I'm not allergic to WHEAT! Called my rash an irritated shoulder nerve and scratching. ( I don't scratch). I described my skin problem since my allergic reaction to food and she said, "yea, I don't now what that is. It may be old age, but I can give you a sample ....". The worst bedside manner ever. Not a good listener. If you have a typical skin condition or atypical skin condition she probably can't help you. I do not recommend this dermatologist. read more

Dr Brennen is professional and fast. Her staff is considerably inefficient and negligent. I saw Dr Brennen on a Tuesday afternoon and she was going to call in three prescriptions to my pharmacy. On Wednesday I called her office as my scripts had not been called in. I called on Thursday for the same reason. I called again on Friday to find out where my prescriptions are. Each time, I had to leave a voicemail for three different people. It is Friday afternoon and still no return phone call and no prescriptions called in. What is wrong with this office, and with Dr Brennen's ability to find professional staff. read more

I am fair and full of freckles- she removed a cyst from my back, melanoma from my shoulder, and removed pre-cancerous cells from my chest. Dr. Brennan is thorough, smart, and her bedside manner puts you right at ease. She treats my entire family, including my four year old son who struggles with eczema and battled a terrible case of molluscum. She not only made him feel super comfortable- smiling and chatting with him to ease his fears, she cured his molluscum and he couldn't be happier. High fives for our son, and thorough skin checks for his fair skinned parents. She takes her job seriously but also greets us with a warm smile. Highly recommend Dr. Brennan! read more

I found Dr. Brennan unfriendly and cold. She did a thorough skin exam and did find 2 skin spots that were positive and had to be removed. Her nursing assistants preform tasked that are not within their scope (like injecting medication) and do so unsupervised and not sterile. I have nasty scars from both of the removals. One because it became infected and had to be opened and allowed to drain and heal from within and the other because the sutures were removed too early. My last visit she did not even come into the room. Her tech took a photo of my wounds and went and showed them to her. I tried to move my next apt to her partner Dr. Towne but was told I could not. So I'm moving to a different (and I assume better) dermatologist. read more

She's fairly new as I understand it. I wish she were a little more thorough. I'm spoiled to my last dermatologist that did full body checks. She wasn't afraid to touch your body and examined every inch of you. There was no. Let's just keep an eye on it. She froze or cut it off right then. Now back to Dr. Brennan. I live in a different town now and she was recommended by someone I respect. I believe she is very good. Maybe in time I will feel more comfortable with her. Changing Drs can be a little stressful. We found Dr. Brennan's office staff to be well organized as we completed all those new patient forms and pleased to see them greet returning patients by name, showing interest in them. First visit with Dr Brennan. I was really disappointed in the quality and overall appointment. First of all her personality leaves a lot to be desired. She is not friendly at all and appears to be irritated the entire time. Perhaps this is just her but I found it uncomfortable. Secondly, I have never experienced a dermatologist who recommended a chemical peel, Botox or fillers without ever being asked about those. It was weird. Dermatology is about maintaining the health of your skin not about cosmetic surgery or procedures. I'm not against these things but that is not why I was there. Total time with the doctor was 11 minutes which supposedly included a full mapping. She seemed more interested in selling procedures and products like Botox, retinol and overpriced sunscreen than in the health of my skin. She never asked what my current skin care regimen was or what products I use to care for skin. She really couldn't have cared any less. The one star I gave was for her assistant who was pleasant and helpful. Absolutely no confidence in this dr and would never recommend. I actually wanted the other dr in the practice but she was too busy. I should have waited. read more

Dr. Christina Brennan seems very unhappy in her line of work. She did not smile once during my short visit. She is young...so I hope she does not feel "burned out" yet. Aside from the awkward unfriendliness, my biggest reason for being unhappy is that I've been billed an additional $87 for my Athlete's Foot visit on top of my $30 co-pay. During my visit, my Athlete's Foot was not cultured/diagnosed/assessed. I was not written a Rx for topical or oral medicine. "Dr." Brennan DID during the visit take it upon herself to take TWO SECONDS and cut dead skin off a callus from my toe (which I have been doing myself regularly) and then bill me by mail $87 unexpectedly for it! What a shock!!! The response I got from the office manager was "the doctor doesn't worry about prices, they only worry about treatment". Christina Brennan is unprofessional and a joke. I spent $117 total and have nothing to show for it. I have no diagnosis nor Rx for my Athlete's Foot. I have new dead skin on my toe (it only takes a few days to reform) that I never asked to be pared off to begin with. CLIENT BEWARE. read more

This dermatologist office was recommended to my family and it was recommended we go to the owner of the practice but she was booked up . So we ended up with Dr. Brennan. Very unfortunate. Dr. Brennan removed some suspicious spots from my mother's arm. My mother's 88 years old and Dr. Brennan treated her like she could care less about scarring. She did a purse stitch on my mothers fore arm that was horrible! When I saw it I decided to take her to my dermatologist in another state who was horrified when he saw what Dr. Brennan did. He said it was an acceptable stitch but nothing he would've done other than on an area of the body you couldn't see .My dermatologist loves his work and is an artist with sutures. He is more like a plastic surgeon who had to fix the job Dr. Brennan did. We were told by Dr Brennan to put bandages and Vaseline on the incision so it wasn't even healing. My dermatologist put some small suture bandages on it that came off over time we never had to change them or put Vaseline on, very clean and easy. personally I don't think Dr. Brennan likes what she does. I know she's new but obviously needs to care more for people/seniors. I would never take my mother back there or anyone I cared about. read more

The reception were very professional to set me up, courteous and friendly. Dr. Brennan was nice, to the point and professional I had a mole taken out preventatively, besides the stings to make the skin numb, I did not feel a thing. Wr will go back for our regular check ups. read more
