I did not request a specialist, nor was I told I was seeing a specialist. I informed them of this - and I submitted a claim with my insurance. However, they have submitted me to a bill collector already. I will NEVER use this company again due to their disorganization and over billing.

Well I guess if you don't spend enough money or injure yourself enough they will just tack on fee's to make up the revenue.
