Dr. Cao and Dr. Tony are great, they are there to help you heal and offer a great deal of machines and table options to custom design your treatment regimen. I searched for a Chiropractor and Dr. Celine was the first to pop up so I was like what the heck might as well give them a try since I was in pain. When I walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised. The people were SUPER NICE and a little jazzy like I like it (which means they have personality). The staff instantly noticed that I was in excruciating pain and immediately came to my aid offering as much assistance as possible. Well pleasant surprised number 2 was I was not in the waiting room longer than 3 minutes "scouts honor". They call my name and my eyes almost popped out of my head because I didn't have to wait!! I said to my self "Oh yes honey you are on to something!" Surprise number 3 I was explained each step of the process and the expectation was set that they were going to assist me as much as possible to ensure I get some relief, "pause wipe sweat off of brow," continue... The nurse case into the consultation room and gave me an exam I mean she was thorough. She explained that the next step the doctor would be in and he would tell me what the next phase would be. Let me tell you something Yelpers... This place was set on! They didn't miss a beat. I am very conscious of time and Dr. Celine and crew is EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL OF IT! Like clockwork the Dr. came in and he too was as thorough as the nurse. He explained to me what my situation might be and told me that I had to take X-rays and then get ice treatment and stimulation! To myself I said what in the world but I went alone with it. About 2 minutes later the X-ray tech comes in and brings me to the X-ray room. She too was thorough. I am emphasizing the thoroughness because in a regular doctors office setting non of this would have ever happened. She worked with me through my pain and X-rays became an instant success. Surprise number 5 or 6 I lost count... immediately after X-rays was the ice and stimulating which was a little weird (LOL) but let's do it! Stayed there and then off to the adjustment room. The doctor was waiting on me. He made me sit close to the X-ray film so he could explain to me the findings and what it meant and what has to be done. After he gives me ALL of the details time for adjustment and after care instructions. It was a pleasant experience from check in to check out! They have EARNED a patient for life! THANKS DR. On one of my appointments, since I was to get an adjustment every time before I left, I was literally left forgotten about for 45 minutes before I got up and left since no one bothered to take me to the back like they were supposed to for that part. Yet, the other people who had appointments after me were promptly taken to the back. One of the female chiropractors seems very nervous and makes me feel more uncomfortable, which leads to not being able to get adjusted. Not to mention she just can't get the right pressure to get a crack. I actually leave feeling more strained from her. I had spoken to the male chiropractor about it stating I didn't want to hurt anyones feelings, but after trying the 3 total options, he was my chiropractor of choice and I had been using only him ever since. I went for an appointment today, for an adjustment only. Generally, the office is pretty quick. Sometimes there's a wait, but today it wasn't crowded. I waited roughly 20 minutes before getting called to the back to wait for the other patient to finish. After about a minute the staff came out to tell me it would be about an HOUR before they could see me. I could come back or wait. So I wasted gas getting there, wasted time waiting, and got nothing out of it. After the mix of unorganized staff, and the fact this wasn't the first "incident" I decided it was time to pull the plug. I will not be back again. I wish I could see the chiropractor elsewhere, but I've had it with how unorganized this place is. Such a shame.
