I don't know, I guess you will have to find someplace else to go. This is not a reflection on Dr. George, but Sandknop should really consider hiring people to work with the public who actually enjoy helping people. I will be reporting them to Blue Cross/Blue Shield and changing my primary care physician to ANYONE not practicing at Sandknop Family Practice.

After vitals, and Med Hx taken, the tests were done. Waited about 30mins, which is normal. I was promptly seen by Naomi NP. Discussed symptoms and listened attentively to my answers. Was prescribed Rxs and told diagnose. She was very friendly, attentive and addressed all my concerns. I appreciate her not rushing thru exam. I pray her sympathy and compassion will convey to her patients, why she does what she does. To heal the sick. I also appreciate the other staff, and their friendly service as well. Keep up the great customer service. I appreciate it so much! And by the way, I was in and out in 1.5hrs on a Sat. A lot quicker than any ER right now with everything going on. I did a physical examination which takes around 45 minutes. If you are first time visitor make sure you download the Texas Health Chart App and create an account. Unfortunately, I had a difficult time finding the paper work to fill out about history. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork. There is quite a bit to fill out and sign a bunch of consent forms. It took me around 10 minutes to look at this. The physical was not too bad. He spent a lot of time asking me about medical history. They of course seeing how I was breathing, throat and ear check and feeling around the stomach area. I remembered when I was younger there was the pubic check, I had to do squats and wear that gown and the hitting on the knee. I think this one is more simple. Then, I went to go get a blood check and drew three vials of blood to check for thyroid, liver, etc. I got my results back within a day with Dr. Lee's assessment and recommendations which is nice.

Four days later, I go to CVS to pick it up, and they never received the order. Today I called and requested it again and was asked why I take it. Duh. It is for high blood pressure. AND the frosting on the cake---they called me to tell me the doctor needs me to come in because my blood test showed that I was diabetic. O M G !!!!!!!!!!! I currently take medication for Diabetes and have prescriptions for Lancets and test strips. DO THEY EVEN LOOK AT MY FILE/MEDICATIONS/HISTORY???????????????

He is less than knowledgeable and will not listen to the patient. If I could give him 0 stars I would. I spent 2 days in the hospital with fever and other symptoms. The ER at Baylor in Sunnyvale was great. Got my fever down and admitted me due to my extensive medical history. Dr Benjamin, upon my arrival in the hospital, changed my treatment and gave me an antibiotic that I told him is no longer effective on me. Of course I immediately got worse. He came in and began to tell everyone in my hospital room about my case without my permission. I signed a privacy agreement in his office. He never changed antibiotics and sent me home and I continue to run fevers every night. He said, "everyone has fever". Well I normally don't. Never tried to find a solution. Do not use this doctor.

Dr Rice is the Chief Clinical Advisor for BioTE Medical, something that he did not disclose to me. During my follow-up appointment on 3/3/22 to go over the test results from Quest Diagnostics, Dr Rice claimed that my Testosterone was too low (I realized afterward that he lied...it was 32, which is within normal range). Dr Rice insisted that I get a Biote Testosterone pellet, stating that it would fix my specific health concerns at the time. I trusted him and he inserted a Biote Testosterone pellet in my right buttock during my visit. Approx. a week later I suddenly felt like I was dying...my heart was racing rapidly, I had the worst insomnia and many other horrendous symptoms. My husband took me to Quest Diagnostics to get my Testosterone level rechecked. It came back at 432, which is EXTREMELY HIGH/ LETHAL especially for a petite woman like myself!!! I never should have gotten the pellet since I never needed it. In addition, the Biote pellet malfunctioned badly, skyrocketing my Testosterone level. After the injury, I went to a slew of Doctors to get the Testosterone level lowered, and took several prescription medications but nothing helped. I suffered for several months, clinging on to dear life. It is ONLY because of my Lord Jesus that I am blessed to be alive today. The pellet also forced my body into early MENOPAUSE. I am writing this to WARN others. No one should have to go through what I went through. Please stay away for your own safety and instead go to a place that operates with integrity. There are several doctors' offices that do hormone therapy WITHOUT pellets that are safer and very effective. I also found that there are others who have suffered injuries specifically from the BIOTE pellets.
