This clinic is terrible. The building looks unfinished, there are papers and piles of books…read moreeverywhere (including students work as the owner obviously teaches reflexology/podiatry) with no proper designated waiting room or welcome desk. The receptionists are unfriendly and not at all welcoming. The person who completed my treatment, sat talking on their mobile phone whilst they were supposed to be treating me and was completely unprofessional. I felt on- edge and uncomfortable the whole time and had to pay for the privelige! I try to be objective and a bit forgiving when I write reviews but there was nothing redeeming about my experience at the keet clinic! My advice, do not book an appointment here!

After buying…read morea deal for me and my boyfriend on living social I called to to book us in - only to be answered by someone with a rude impatient tone who told me they sold over 100 in 24 hours and there will be a long wait (no problem for me as I am patient & understanding), I gave the lady my number and was assured she will call me back within 1 week. 1 month later and still no call, so I called back just to get another rude lady on the phone telling me if I want to have a massage at the same time as my boyfriend we would have to come on a Saturday and it will be another long wait (bear in mind I did call them before I booked the deal to ask if this was okay - and was advised by a pleasant sounding lady that that was no problem and to go ahead and book) however on this phone call it was clear this lady did not want my business (she even sighed several times down the phone as I wanted to book us in at the same time) and no apologies made that I never got that call back. She then looks my name up and tells me that I'm already on their system so I must have been there before - I explain I have not been there before but she refuses to believe me telling me I "must have" because I'm on their system (bear in mind I have not had any massages in London full stop, therefore that is not possible - but she would not believe me!) - isnt the customer always right? Not in this place! ....so she finally books me in for a Saturday 2 months later and assures me that me and my boyfriend will be seen at the same time. So we are happily looking forward to our massage, but could not remember the time it was booked for - so I called up and spoke to the rudest lady I have ever heard in a reception....This lady said we were NOT even booked in! Well I was booked but not my boyfriend because one of the therapist is on holiday!!! So rather than her apologising and trying to rectify the situation, she tells me "actually no you were never booked in because our therapist has been booked on holiday for a month now so I wouldn't have booked 2 people in on the same day cos there is only 1 therapist " I tried to explain that I booked this 2 months ago (before the therapist booked her holiday) so it was mistake from their side not to have informed me, as i was promised this was confirmed only to be told "I think u should call back when your not shouting" I was not and would never shout but this lady just has attitude! She said I was never booked in for 2 people and made me out to be lying! She advised me to get a refund! What a joke! P. S. I am a very polite conscientious nice young lady and was not even slightly rude or shouted at her once. This company is a joke and I advise anyone not to bother because if the service is this bad before we even get there then I dred to think what the service is like in side!.... I am not even guaranteed a refund yet as Living Social now needs to discuss this with Bodhi first. Oh dear! Update - Living Social got in contact with Bodhi clinic and I received an email from Livingsocial saying Bodhi clinics' response was that they "have availability for me and to call them to make a booking" - well that is not what the lady told me! So I (reluctantly) call them (again) just to speak the same AWFUL person on the phone who when I asked (politely) to explain the situation to her she replied "it was me you spoke to last week and im not interested" then she slammed the phone down! I called again to explain livingsocial had told me to call up as they refused a refund and said there was availability - only to get the phone slammed down on me again! RUDE is not the word! This is the first complaint review I have made (ever) and I am shocked and appalled how the lady in question manages to get through life with that attitude! ...I wonder how many of the other 100 people that booked the same deal as me had the same treatment. I have been informed it was quite a few!

The telephone system seems to work quite efficiently and you normally get a GP to call you within a…read morecouple of hours after the request. Overall I'm more happy with this practice than with other few practices I have been registered before in London. Definitely recommended as a GP practice.
