I spent around £2000 as well with the hope of obtaining answers to my health issues. When I received the results it was an hour of Deborah talking at me (in a condescending done). Understandably I had questions, when I asked these questions they were abruptly answered in a patronising tone and dismissed. If I am paying for a service and given results regarding my health I expect to be able to ask questions to understand them. Following on from the call with the results I had a few things I was unsure of and needed clarifying. I was told I would have to pay £150 for a skype call to have these questions answered. I felt was outrageous considering I only one question answered and had just paid nearly £2000 for the service. I was also sent a length list of supplements which were outrageously expensive compared to other practitioners. Deborah emailed me a very defensive and patronising email when I said I was disappointed with the service and suggested I go elsewhere. In a round about way she basically didn't like her approach being questioned and didn't want to deal with a client that wasn't just going to throw money at her unnecessarily. Ultimately the whole experience was very deflating and a waste of money. She will say she's never had a complaint like this, but she absolutely has.
