The reflexology treatment I had was really good, but they lack customer skills, big time. The therapist was really professional, he had great skills, and believe me I had had a lot of reflexology treatments in London as well as in China.
After my first session with him, I booked another appointment. The therapist wrote it in his book, but did not give me any appointment card. When I went at the Keet Clinic on the day of my second treatment, I could not remember the exact time. Was it 1 pm or 130pm? I went there a bit early, 1230, thinking i will check the time at the clinic and then I wil have time to do a bit of shopping in Coven Garden before the treatment. I asked the manager, Michael (not a nice chap) if he knew the time of my appointment and he told me that he was not sure but he thought it was at 1pm. He was polite. When I came back at 1pm, I was made to feel very unwelcome. I was asked to provide my appointment card, and I said that I was not given any. Then I was told that they could not do anything for me, and that I should go. I have already paid for the treatment, I was not asked if i wanted to reschedule. I insisted, saying that I had a treatment with the therapist the previous week and that he had booked the appointment and wrote it in his book, that it was today, either at 1pm or 130pm. I was quite shocked at the direction in which the situation was going, as the previous week , everything went smoothly, and I had a nice chat with the therapist. When the manager realised that I was not going to let it go ( I have paid for it), he went (very reluctantly) to check. He came back, and told me that, (big surprise) the therapist was with another client (during my appointment time) and that I should come back at 230. He did not apologise for the fact that my scheduled time has been given to someone else, and did not ask when I could reschedule. He wanted me out of his premises. The important thing here is that I was paying with wow voucher, it was very good value for me, but poor valur for the clinic. I think that the therapist had booked another private client, and considering the price that I had paid, did not feel like giving me another treatment, even thought I have already paid for it. I was very disappointed, and when I left I was nearly crying. The gist of this long story is: because I was paying with vow voucher, they gave me one treatment but did not want to give me the second treatment I was entitled to, they gave my appointment time to a customer paying full fee, did not apologise for that, and they did not want to reschedule. Rude, patronising and dishonest.
