Listen, I would've tried ANYTHING to rid myself of the near constant nausea associated with being…read morepregnant. ANYTHING. Hypnotherapy? Why not? Yes. I attended one session with Rachel, who I found to be professional, lovely, compassionate and kind. The office is within a flat building, and her space is comfortable and stylish. I'm not sure anything short of a coma would've taken me away from severe "morning sickness" lasting 40 weeks of gestation -- but it was worth a try. I can't fault Rachel for trying! I felt Rachel truly cared about my health and wellbeing, and she even equipped me with some audio files to share with my husband, who has insomnia issues. In the end I just couldn't muster the energy to attend more appointments, but when I walk by the office on Central Street I remind myself I should give it another try for less pressing issues like stress, sleep issues, etc. I think consistent sessions with her could greatly improve mental capacity and relaxation. I do really believe in hypnotherapy, and Rachel has a VERY soothing presence and voice that can send you very deep into your own subworld. So, I'll go make that call now. :)

It's super dispiriting coupled with the staff giving the impression they hate you on principle. Says something about the despondent atmosphere of the area, maybe I should ramble on about the recession, lack of jobs in the area yadda yadda. It would be a really good place for the news to film their unemployment scaremongering features though?

We saw that this place had pretty good ratings and that you can schedule an appointment via text…read moremessage or phone call on WhatsApp. So we decided to try this place and texting them an appointment request took just 2-3 messages. We arrived there and were greeted by our massage therapists. They were very nice. However it seems like the massage can be hit or miss. While I liked my massage, my partner thought his was just okay. My massage could have been better because my therapist had to take a couple of phone calls from a client who was on his way and needed to know about parking. Although she apologized for talking on her phone, texting, and even going out of the room for a bit and also stayed a little over to finish my massage in the hour, it was still kind of annoying. Overall a solid place though and one of the best prices in town. The massage place is downstairs in the same building as a hair salon, which is what you will see first upon entering.
