Not being in the area full time, we were so happy to find Nick. He wrote up the tree risk assessment, provided us with a bid, filled out the mandatory paperwork with the county (due to protected heritage tree issues), applied for the permit and worked with the county above and beyond what I feel the average company would have. This was not an easy case and Nick never lost interest or the desire to get this tree cut down for us. The tree itself was a multi trunked live oak tree with a very large canopy and was around 65 feet tall. On one side was our house and the other side of the tree was growing directly into power lines. His expertise and grade A equipment enabled him to do the job safely and efficiently. He ground all the stumps down well below ground level and actually left the work area in better condition than when he arrived. I cannot say enough good things about Florida Tree and Ground Maintenance. If you find yourself in need of an arborist, call Nick first. He will be the last call you have to make. In today's day and age of half-assed businesses who only want to cut corners and take your money, Nick will pleasantly surprise you. That's not how he operates and will go the extra mile for you. He does what he says he will do and just gets stuff done. Period. Even better, he gets it done right and as promised.

Based on what was charged it should have been included. He does have the right equipment to pull up the vine roots as they started to and then quit. Read your list of what they include on the quote. FYI ... Do not assume. Biggest issue I have is their huge equipment is sitting on my cleared lot for going on two weeks now and the other company I hired to grade and sod can not start until he moves it. Grrrrrr I have called repeatedly and sent an email and they still have not moved this monstrosity, so my project is on hold at his mercy. NOT RIGHT!!! My educated guess is he doesn't have equipment to haul it himself and wants to wait and pay one transport fee to move it to the next job, when and if he gets a job where he needs it.

If you have a sinking pool deck, driveway, sidewalk lanai deck, repair it quick and easy with…read moreEnvironmental Foam Solutions (EFS) before it cracks and gets worst. We had a pool deck that was sinking. It looked bad and was very dangerous as a tripping hazard. It addition, the linear drain line wasn't properly working. Rain water went into the drain and then ran under the concrete slab causing additional sinking issues. Big expensive problem was brewing. The deck was down 1/4" on the left side and the right side had dropped 1 1/4". The screened cage was slowly being pulled apart. At some point we expected the concrete deck to start cracking. It is extremely expensive to have a concrete deck removed and replaced with a drain system. But we found a great option. Raise and fully support the concrete slab back to its original position. After serious research, we learned that the old fashion way called "Mud Jacking" was outdated and had too many disadvantages. The newer process of using injected foam was far better. With smaller drilled injection holes, the foam compresses the sand soil and completely fills in all the open gaps created by run off rain. When the process was complete, there was basically no set up time. We could drive an army tank over the slab. We got some estimates and after meeting with Joe at EFS, we wanted to work with them. Rather than have some large company with sub contracted crews or low labor crews that just did enough to keep their job, we felt far safer with EFS. The same two men that come out to work an estimate actually return to do the work themselves. They own the company and have many years of experience. Because they now have a highly respectable reputation with great reviews, they want to create a huge base of totally satisfied customers. In today's world where reviews really matter, the bad guys cannot hide and the good guys are rewarded with new happy customers. We are one of those very happy customers. Our pool deck was quickly and neatly repaired in two hours. EFS cleaned up as if it was their home. They restored our sinking pool deck back to the original position. Just look over the photos and see the before and after images. The best part is the price. Just a tiny little fraction of the cost to rip out and rebuild the deck and linear drain system. If your pool deck, driveway or concrete slab is sinking, don't wait, call these guys right now. Their prices are really good and their work is excellent. So there's no need to be tortured with securing numerous estimates. Environmental Foam Solutions is the one that you want. You'll be so pleased with EFS, that you'll be motivated to write a review to let others know how happy you are.
