Emiliano was quick, responsive and willing to work within my budget. He an his team did an amazing job and got it all done in one day, which I would have told you was impossible before I saw it with my own eyes. They even managed to save our roses, which were all tangled up with the blackberries! I've had several neighbors complimenting the work and asking for his number. We'll absolutely be hiring Emiliano for maintenance from now on.

Sent a quote request for a yard cleanup and bi-weekly upkeep to a few different own care companies, and they were the fastest to reply. They came out the next day, gave me a great price, and we scheduled the cleanup. They were late the first day they came, but we understood that things happen and didn't mind too much. I would describe the service they provided as "fine." They didn't do everything they needed to do, and when I asked them about the stuff that still needed to be taken care of, they said they'd come back to to finish it. That didn't happen - they just came back to provide the regular maintenance. They came a few more times, but each time it seemed they forgot something (no weed pulling, no trimming of the bushes, leaving bramble behind, etc). I really got the sense that they didn't care about providing the service; that was confirmed when they stopped showing up. We never had a conversation about it...they just completely ghosted us. I tried reaching out to them, but it was radio silence. Something else that made me incredibly uncomfortable is that they don't offer invoices. They just want payment through Venmo. As other people have said, this business can be unprofessional. My advice would be to pay a bit more somewhere else for more reliable service and communication.

In addition to…read morehaving them do some general yard clean-up, we have also had them do some landscaping and also two paver projects, one of them fairly large. Dave, the owner, is great to work with. He is a good listener, conscientious, and has a good eye for design and working with what we have. On the maintenance side, Geronimo is kind and responsive. Their teams are careful and they do their best to leave everything looking great when they are done. In fact, after our recent landscaping, they weeded an area we hadn't asked them to do, which made their new landscaping look even better. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. They seem to work as a great team and have fun together. Their costs are competitive and lead times are reasonable, even during busy seasons. We'll definitely use them again.

They installed our beautiful paver patio with a french drain 5 yrs and did an awesome job!! We had no hesitation when scheduling PLS to power wash the patio and replace the polymeric sand. I asked Dave what the power washers PSI was, he indicated it would be a 3,500 PSI. We'd always used a battery operated 450 PSI power washer so I researched the appropriate PSI for washing pavers. Everything I read recommended a 1,000 to 1,500 PSI which caused concern. Given PLS installed the patio and our comfort with their services we trusted PLS and dismissed our concerns. A 4,200 PLS power was used to power washed the patio which severely damaged the edge of multiple pavers. Dave offered to look at the results. His response was "they did exactly what they were suppose to, to clean out all old sand. When he asked "what resolution would satisfy us"? My response was, I wish I would've selected someone else to complete the work. Short of that I wanted PSI to replace the pavers. Dave's response was, "they don't make that color any more". I'd file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau however PLS isn't accredited with the BBB. I also couldn't find PLS on the OR Landscape Contractor Board. We definitely won't be utilizing PLS in the future.
