He got our door open- but then charged us 220 cash- and said if we paid by card it' dbe a 10% mark up on the price. He offered to wait for the cash or follow one of my family to the bank. They never quoted a price on the phone. I called the company and asked if it was legit and they said yeah it was. Do NOT recommend. VERY Uncomfortable with the whole process. :(

I called because I accidentally locked myself out of my car. Initially, they couldn't provide a…read moreprice for the service; the technician who would assist me was supposed to inform me of the cost on phone and on arrival. During the call, the technician asked for my location, confirmed it, and informed me of his distance. When he arrived, he didn't mention pricing until the end of the service. By then, they were blocking traffic, which I was trying to tell driversd to go around, and I ended up paying $200 after they'd finished. In my rush to get them to leave and clear the traffic, I paid without question. Feeling ripped off, I called to confirm prices the night of. After asking four times, they finally gave me a rough estimate of $19 to $200. When I asked about leaving a review on Yelp, they said they didn't have a website for a review, despite claiming "instant cost estimation" on their site. I never received any estimate. These rates are exorbitant, and I strongly advise against using this service. If I'd known the price before they arrived, I would have paid the $29 fee to avoid the service. But I didn't have that chance. They refused a partial refund and said they would not give anything back befcuase it was already done. Even though they admited fault for no one informing me of price.
