I made my appointment over the phone for my rough collie recently…read more I was quoted €85. I thought this was a bit pricy. At no stage of the conversation was the word 'PLUS' used ! I did not consult any website as I was giving the number by a neighbour. When I went to pick up my dog the cost of the grooming had increased from €85 to €140. I was giving no indication or phone call to say the fee had increased. This was absolute robbery as I wasn't even given any choice whether to go ahead and agree to the extra costs. This is not how you should run a business. Disgraceful

They advised me on the best filter for my tank (which wasn't the expensive one), set it up for me and were only short of coming home with me to place it in the tank!!
