Also, when my mother asked for extra extra coffee because she drinks approximately 8 cup in the morning, they weren't stingy about it. They gave her all she needed. -- 5 stars The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. No hairs of any kind in the bathroom or anywhere's else. -- 5 stars The beds are firm which isn't good for me. I am disabled due to a back injury and I had trouble sleeping. The next morning I was in so much pain due to the firm bed. Sadly, as much as I love how accommodating this hotel is, for this reason, I likely will not be staying here again. -- 1 star

Some people complained in their reviews about the location being next to a highway- but Oak Lawn is really more of a four-lane Main Street versus a high speed highway. The hotel is setback behind the Super 8 and I thought it was a fairly quiet location. I had no problem sleeping. The room came with Direct TV and good reliable wifi. Highlights of my stay include meeting Michelle at the front desk, she was so friendly and gave amazing local dinner recommendations! I really appreciated her high level of professionalism and customer service. All the staff were helpful and kind, but Michelle stood out to me. I also appreciated the grab and go breakfast. Most hotels aren't offering breakfast due to COVID-19, and I appreciate their out-of-the-box approach to make our stay a bit more comfortable. The location is also great- it's easy to hop on one of the highways that lead to San Antonio. I was only 35 minutes to the San Antonio Missions Historical National Park. Overall, if I'm ever in Pleasanton again, I'll definitely stay here again!

The first room We were assigned AC did not work, we got moved. When requested the pool it was open but DIRTY! The bottom of the pool was nothing but mold and green water. A pool in such condition should NOT be "open" to guests. There was only two towels in the bathroom for shower, when we requested more so 4 of us could shower we were told there were no more towels! So basically don't book until renovations are done, they clean the pool and hopefully they get more towels.
