The showerhead was disgusting. When we pulled out the sofa bed we realized it was full of dead bugs and hair. We have contacted them due to no refund being reflected on our account. They continue to give us the runaround and being told it's up to the owner of the hotel. Do no stay here . Once we arrived at the hotel front desk lady was not wearing a mask, hotel is under construction, all first floor was "closed", elevators out of service, I was NOT advised of the hotel conditions when I called prior to booking. The first room We were assigned AC did not work, we got moved. When requested the pool it was open but DIRTY! The bottom of the pool was nothing but mold and green water. A pool in such condition should NOT be "open" to guests. There was only two towels in the bathroom for shower, when we requested more so 4 of us could shower we were told there were no more towels! So basically don't book until renovations are done, they clean the pool and hopefully they get more towels.
