Bingo on Thursdays
Alexandria J.

Downtown is a very nice, relaxing Pub/Event place. Bingo was not too fast & not too slow. Food is always very good, the flatbreads are the best. The drinks however were way too strong. People would buy more drinks if they didn't double or triple the amount in them! Bartenders were younger looking.

Great food at reasonable prices. I like the number of menu options. If you like wraps the Asian crispy is one of my favorites.

Some of the worst food I've ever had. Lazy preparation. Overcooked. Server was rude & unfriendly.

The staff they have are great but they are running almost on a dead sprint! We listened to a phone ring for 2-3min and NO one made an attempt to answer it. These poor girls need more help! The environment is nice and clean, with many tv's for viewing mostly sports! Which is love! The price of the food is well worth what you get in quality and quantity!

The Factory Pub N Grub is found among old factories and warehouses. Among the more interesting places to drink and eat. You can get cheaper beers along with a few vegetarian choices so great stuff. Coming here the first time it wasn't crowded. It's got a bigger than expected interior. The bar is in the middle and there's plenty of tables. A great thing is they have discounted beers. It's about $2 to get beers they're trying to get rid of from previous events or whatever. A lot of the menu is meaty. Still there's a few plant based things. It's about $15 for an Impossible Burger. This comes with the usual burger toppings. Great place with an industrial hipness about it. It's closed Sundays. The menu is meaty but there's a few things for vegetarians.

Leap into the Yelp-scape for something close but not a chain. Boom CortiLeno's pops up. 10" Pie for $12? We are all in. Walked in about 6pm Monday night quiet. Great bartender took order of one extra pepperoni sans cheese and one traditional pepperoni and cheese. "I'll be back in 20. Should I pay before I leave? No thats fine." Back 20 mins later a bit more crowded and pizzas ready to go. Ambience of space is not my vibe because I dislike the electronic gaming. Thats a me thing On way out chef/owner/dude.."I killed that one pizza with pepperoni." He did indeed. Happiness all around. Great sauce, amazing crust (soft so if you want crispy give them an alert) perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Great job!

It's similar to Wienerschnitzel. A pork cutlet is cut and then smashed to make it larger and thinner, dipped in breading, sometimes cornmeal, panko, crushed saltines and deep-fried. It is usually served on a hamburger bun, garnished with any or all: tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, pickles, onions. Frequently accompanied by fries as a side. There's been a friendly competition among purveyors to lay claim to the title of "the largest," and certainly in Illinois the small town of Smitty's in Leonore, takes the title. Leonore is a booming locale south of Lasalle-Peru, 100 miles West of Chicago. Population 13o. I rolled down there on a Saturday, aiming to beat the lunch "crowd" so I called in my order (still, as of this date, curbside service only). Both I and the sandwich arrived at the same time, and like those who have gone before, I agree, this baby is YUGE. And delicious. Proper amount of breading, gently seasoned, good quality pork taste and texture. Excellent pickles and fresh cut onions. There are tables outdoor for diners to enjoy their BPT's or other items until the interior opens up again. Worth a drive. Iowa has an entire "Tenderloin Trail" you can try and conquer. Go on, go for it. You know you want to!

The fish meal included a salad bar and fries. I rarely see a salad bar offered ANYWHERE anymore; it wasn't much, but it was good. The fish and fries were decent... you have the option on walleye, cod, or a mix. The initial serving is 4 pieces of fish. I opted to do the mix (2 of each). Definitely liked the walleye best. The cod was decent, but also a bit more chewy that the walleye. The fish wasn't quite as flaky as I would have liked, so not sure if it was the quality of the filets or how they were cooked. Nonetheless, the meal was good and reasonably priced for an all-you-can-eat. It was a bit out of the way for us, so not sure I would make the longer trip for the fish, but it was definitely worth the try.

Gets most of its customers from around. They have some pretty typical bar food if you like fried things. Bar and grill, with most of the focus being on the beers and cocktails. It's just best to not take chances and play it safe. The bar looks pretty divy from the outside, and rest assured it's like that on the inside too. Amazing that it's in the middle of a residential neighborhood. There must be noise complaints one can imagine about the crazy patrons. It's about $3 for the cheapest drinks. There's often specials including on beers and wells. Food menu has greasy favorites. It's about $8 for a burger or a sandwich. Loads of toppings. Big menu but most of it is meaty. There's a few things made with avocado and sprouts, but usually in combination with bacon or something. For sure it has a lot of choices if you're looking for typical bar food. It's located on the street it's named for obviously. They're even open for breakfast, so you can get your drinking on early, while getting eggs and whatever.
