He's on the road with a band on tour, and they were only going to be in Daphne today for a few hours starting at 2pm. Early this morning, his temporary filling from his dentist in LA shifted in a bad way. (Not the dentist's fault at all; my bf should have gone back to his dentist by now, but he's always on the road. It's a problem.) Receptionist was awesome. Squeezed him in for 4:30. At 5:15 my boyfriend texted me: "The dentist was great! Super nice man. They were all so nice. My tooth feels really good and comfortable." He paid out-of-pocket (no dental insurance) and it was very reasonable. (About half the amount that I'd guessed.) It was such a good feeling, being able to send him to a brand new place (new city, don't know anyone) and have him taken care of so well. I'm so thankful to yelp and for people like this dentist and receptionist, who really listen and care and just make life better.

Both times I waited no more than 10 minutes in the waiting room, which were clearly busy each time with other patients. The facility is clean, staff members are all very friendly. I like when staff talk just in random, "Hey you are my daughter's age.", "Your nails are so cute.", "Can I get you a warm blanket?". As a healthcare professional, this helps patients relax and feel, well, like family. Dr. Pfeffle on both occasions spent at least 25 minutes speaking to me 1:1, educating me on side effects, showing me my X-ray, and answering any of my questions, patiently. I spent a long time picking out glasses and taking photographs to decide…read more I have insurance, they looked it up in the computer, I selected my frames, they allegedly set them aside for me. And then they didn't have the information they needed, they didn't keep track of the glasses that they allegedly set aside for me, they didn't write any of the information down for me, I took photographs of even the earpieces with all the numbers on it but they did not take my measurements!!! What!!!!???? What!? I live over two hours away and told them I didn't want to come back in except to pick them up! If they needed more information, I measurement they should've taken it while I was there! They would never return my phone calls. The only way you can get through to a person is to call Premier switchboard and get transferred in because they don't accept outside calls. The best I could do is to get transferred to the answering machine which they do not reply to. The cashier did not have the fax number to fax in the prescription, said emails are not approved. She could not get the fax number for me anywhere or anytime. So I asked to be transferred to the Ophthalmologist and they had the wrong fax number. My eye doctor office had mercy on me and had to call to get the fax number and fax it in themselves! It can't be found anywhere online. Useless! Premier is Ridiculous! Horrible customer service! Not trust worthy and lazy! Doesn't pay attention to details. I couldn't get through to anybody who would take any responsibility it was a total nightmare I give up! I'm NOT working with them again.
