We emailed them to discuss the problems and they simply ignored us. They also claimed to have fixed my son's molar issue but it had to be redone by another in-network provider. We took all the precautions they said and my son still vomited. They never told us he should not have dairy the night before. They give little toys to your child though, if you are willing to pay thousands of dollars for a rubber toy worth a few bucks!

The two dentists are a mom and daughter team, and they were very enjoyable to talk to. Everyone did an excellent job putting my daughters at ease. The place is very bright, happy and fun and very clean. I think my favorite part was when I asked for tips on brushing my 15 month old's teeth, Dr. Lisi re-enacted how she would brush her children's teeth when they were young, and it was a hoot... but it was SO helpful! I have been brushing the baby's teeth using her technique of laying her in the floor, complete with the kiss on the head when "all done." I never thought going to the dentist could actually be fun. But Doctor Lisi and Doctor Alina truly care about the little patients and their families.

Well the swelling started to get worse and I started to get worried so I searched for a emergency pediatric dentist. I was able to find Dr.Lisi and called her emergency line, she answered immediately and asked me a series of questions and evaluated the dose and treatment plan of the family dentist. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. I'm big on customer service -- especially in medical settings -- and you can truly feel when people enjoy what they do versus just doing a job. That energy matters. Dr. Ramirez is incredibly informative and educational. She takes the time to explain things and really helped me understand how to better care for my teeth. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very detailed throughout the appointment. You can tell she knows exactly what she's talking about and genuinely cares about her patients. I haven't met the other dentists yet, but after seeing Dr. Ramirez twice, I feel confident calling this my new dental home. This place is amazing! Very clean. Every person I came in contact with had a smile on their face. I was greeted at the front and treated extremely well throughout my visit by the entire crew. Everybody honestly just seemed happy to be there. I'm a big fan of their in-office "insurance", as the benefits are fantastic!! I had Brooke as my dental hygienist. She was a pleasure to be around! She was great at making conversation, and reciprocating. She even gave me a few tips since I'm new to the Dallas area! Both Brooke and my doctor were very gentle and had no shortage of compliments to give on the health of my teeth. An enjoyable experience, given that I love a good teeth cleaning!
