Finally, I ended up telling her to just go off of my budget and do what she thought looked nice because she really wasn't helping me through the process. It was frustrating working with them. The flowers turned out beautiful and I was told that the delivery man was very lovely to the person I was sending the flowers. This is what help brings their score up. I wish that the initial call went better, but I am happy with the ending. My suggestion to the business would be to sound less rude over the phone and have a cheerful attitude when trying to plan this out for the customer.

I have sent flowers countless times in my…read morelife for a vast variety of reasons and sadly have been less than impressed more often than not (e.g., due to delivery date/time, freshness of flowers, courtesy of staff, etc.). Not only did Lisa and staff create a stunning arrangement for the recent passing of my beloved "mother," they also designed a beautiful custom card that included my long-ish sentiments (any of you who have read my reviews know I can be rather longwinded at times). The customer service offered at Forget Me Not is unparalleled. They provided me with some suggestions during my time of grief (one fewer thing I had to try to focus on), created a fitting piece for the service, did so in such a timely manner, and also managed to offer a very fair price IMHO. So whether you require flowers for any occasion, from "Have a great day!" to wedding needs, and yes, even the sadder moments in life, I could not possible think of a better provider in the area that will go above and beyond to meet all your wants. Over my dead body would I ever give this place another dime. The fact that she argued with us while we were grieving literally standing over my grandmother's casket is beyond vile.
