I had been recently discharged from the hospital. For medical reasons washing my hair is a…read morechallenge. I had drains coming out of my face and an IV infusion that I could not get wet. My hair was disgusting. It had been through an emergency and not washed in a week. I came to cameo for a shampoo and thermal setting and it was the best money I spent in a long time. I literally had to consciously not toss my hair around at Panda Express afterwards. Cameo instructors and student I will never forget the kindness extended and the healing for my soul that day. I have a hair stylist of 15+ years but will definitely sporadically treat myself to a shampoo and thermal setting in the future. Thank you very kindly.

You barely have any room to move there are so many students and it's extremely loud. The teachers main job is pricing out at the beginning. They do not check the results or anything in between. The girl that did my hair was basically brand new at touching people's hair. I got my hair dyed a single color and cut. It was supposed to take 2.5 hours and it took 3.5 hours and it would've been longer if I didn't leave with wet hair. I also left with black hair dye all over my neck, my scalp, both arms, my hands, and my face. I couldn't go in public. The student gave me the choppiest haircut of my life. The worst part is that my hair is completely damaged from being over processed. I've never had structural damage to my hair in my life and take very good care of my hair. She was so slow at applying the dye and then had it processed for 45 additional minutes without checking in it once. There's random short pieces. There's only layers in certain sections. I can't get my haircut because I need to treat it for the next two months to try to get it back to good health. I spent about $150 on product to try to revive my fried hair. I don't know how students graduate with education if nobody checks their work. I also got my eyebrows done and she informed me it was her first time doing eyebrows on a real person. No one checked in to see how they looked after. I had to pluck them after. When checking out they were more concerned that I was priced wrong and I owed an extra five dollars. Do not go here it's definitely not worth the risk. It's a hot mess. I wouldn't go here for school either. Next time I'll spend $200 instead of frying my hair and being stuck with a jacked up haircut for a few months while I try to fix it with really expensive hair product. I get that it's a student but it shouldn't take 3 1/2 hours and still walk out with wet hair that wasn't styled.

This place is great as long as you know what you are agreeing too. I've been here three times now…read morefor three different things (eyebrow wax, pedicure, haircut). The people are REALLY nice and the place is clean and looks very professional. Results may vary depending on what you do and who you get. My wax and haircut were great, my pedicure was pretty good in terms of feet pampering but the worst polish application I've ever seen, including what I do myself (which is bad). I just had to laugh. The girl was so sweet and the price was right, and I got my callouses scrapped off so at the end of the day for the price I couldn't be upset. I was happy to give her a chance to practice, even if I took the polish off as soon as I got home. Just know going in to have a little lower standards and not to be too picky and I think you'll be happy! The prices are amazing and the people are all wonderful.

Worst pedicure I've ever had. I've had many…read moreaesthetics/bodywork services done by students, and they are usually very good. Not this time. This place has NO atmosphere whatsoever terrible lighting, ugly, "institutional" feeling. The student did nothing to remove the dead skin and calluses on the bottom of my feet (no pumice stone, filing, etc.). I had to ASK her to cut my long toenails (she wouldn't have if I hadn't specifically asked). She used gel polish when I requested regular, and I had to pay extra to get the gel removed the next time I went for a pedicure (at a real salon). No instructor supervision at all -- there was no one to quality-check her work or to ask me for feedback (which is desperately needed if this student ever wants to learn how to do a proper pedicure service). I would absolutely never go again.

I am so lucky to be able to attend one of the best Aesthetic programs out there. Taylor Andrews…read morestarted their Basic and Master Aesthetic programs at the beginning of 2020 and have come so far in just one year. There are so many services offered, and the actual program is one of the best. I looked at a lot of schools before I picked Taylor Andrews and I haven't regretted the decision once. They offer, basic, master, and level 4 laser training. You also get certified in classic and volume lashes, as well as a full makeup artistry course. The spa area and treatment rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. I'm obsessed to say the least! The instructors are so knowledgeable and amazing. I'm so thankful and grateful for the opportunity to attend Taylor Andrews.

I wanted to share some feedback about my daughter's recent appointment. Her cut and color were…read morebeautiful, and the stylists themselves were wonderful. But the front desk completely changed the tone of the visit. When I arrived to watch my granddaughter, I simply asked where my daughter was. While I was standing right there, the two receptionists referred to my daughter as "the problem client" -- all because she had her baby with her. That comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly pretty bold to say in front of a family member. Her one‑year‑old sat quietly for two and a half hours without crying, fussing, or disturbing anyone. We even called ahead to confirm it was okay to bring her, and we were told yes. We live in Utah -- families bring their kids places. It's normal, and it certainly doesn't make someone a "problem." And just to be transparent: you caught me on a calm day. All I wanted to do was get to my grandbaby. On a different day, with a comment like that, I might've been the one you considered "the problem." So I'm choosing to address it respectfully here instead of reacting in the moment. Everyone else in the salon was kind and welcoming, but that front‑desk interaction overshadowed an otherwise great experience. I'm not asking for anything; I just want you to be aware of how it came across. Respect and professionalism at the front desk matter, and comments like that stick with people.

I requested a few times to have the bottom eyeliner done and she tried to talk me out of it. In hindsight I think it's because she knew she would mess it up. After getting the bottom done, I noticed a rather large purple spot under my eye. When I notified her, she asked me to send a photo of it. Her reply was that she thought it was bruising and to wait for it to heal. I informed her that it wasn't bruising. After a week or so of healing, it was still there and she just said she didn't know what it was from. I did some research and learned that it was called pigment migration and occurs with cheap ink or unskilled artist. When I called and informed her, she said she needed to contact her instructor. Any way, she did attempt to remove it. Today my bottom eyeliner is different on each eye and only partially done on each eye. Do not trust the is woman to do anything to your face, or you may regret it every day.
