Support is terrible; no live agents. Even when you ask for one, it just loads forever. then they dont talk to you and send it to a different department to email you in a few days. Loss due to incompetence of drive 49.48 due to telling us to cancel 2x. Will never use Uber again. Driver smelled so bad it gave me a headache. User's recommendation: Just no, pay $80 for parking or use casino free parking.

    Uber driver was a no-show for a short trip to DTW (there is no option for Uber DTW, so I chose this…read moreone). I booked a pickup for my wife and I at a local hotel to get transported to the Delta Departure Terminal for 4:45 AM on February 24. The driver was assigned, but I was never contacted me. After waiting 15 minutes, I cancelled the booking, and re-booked it. This was for premium services. I was assigned the SAME driver who did not respond to the advanced reservation, but this time I could call her. I asked where she was and was she in fact going to honor the pickup. She got more than a little defensive. We had several bags and the driver was little help getting them into the large SUV. The driver broke a nail and complained in the process. She eventually arrived, and we got to the airport 45minutes later than the original booking. I am not impressed. On the list of reasons/problems, the driver being a no-show does not appear. Wonder why?
