My son is autistic and started using this transportation to his step program. The fist driver he had was great then they put I new driver on there and she don't like him for some reason. Personally I think it's a racial thing. And treats him differently then everyone else on the bus. She trying to be little him. And that don't fly with this autism momma. read more

Trinity is contracted for the Ann Arbor art fair this year.... A disaster. Lines are unacceptably long and the person in charge has no clue: He says' he knows what he is doing ' but limits the bus departures to 15min increments. In meantime, buses are lined up empty! Trinity was used as our transportation to and from Washington DC for a school trip. Not only were they HOURS late for departure, there were also numerous, dangerous breakdowns & mechanical issues with every bus provided originally, and with the replacement buses throughout the week (there were several). This leads me to believe they do not inspect their buses before allowing passengers on board. I did reach out to the company...not surprising they're shifting the blame to the travel company that booked them. Even Trinity knows they should've booked elsewhere lol. I think in the future the safest choice would be any other transportation company. read more

Our school used Trinity for our Washington DC trip!! Do NOT use this company. They were 3 hours late at pickup, a bus broke down on the way, another bus the heat was stuck on, no air. They sent another bus for the ride home. This bus was accelerating too high which wasn't safe, we were down a bus on the way home. Then halfway home the defrost went out and a parent had to keep wiping the window so our kids could get home safely. SHAME on you Trinity read more

My driver was on time ,vehicle was clean,he was friendly i wont take lyft or uber due to the fact they dont take debit cards (prepaid ones even though i had enough money on the card) and i lost jobs due to it.i dont use credit cards .i use only cash.so lyft and uber need to change their payment options and let riders who dont use major credit cards just cash and prepaid debits . I feel they favor the. Ones who have credit cards. . but the ones like me who dont, if tney dont. They can pre authorize the prepaid debit to make sure there's money on it before. Terrible service. Would not recommend. Steer clear. I booked a 35 person executive mini coach for my wedding and the vehicle was not provided. Instead I received a 56 passenger Coach bus. The driver stated to me that the dispatcher instructed him to drive the coach bus and he could have taken the executive mini coach had he known. I specifically upgraded my initial contract of the mini coach to the executive mini coach for the leather upholstered seats. I suspected at the time the cloth seats would be an issue with my wifes wedding dress.  Not only did the coach bus not have leather seats which I wanted, the height of the bus caused a nightmare for my wife in her wedding dress and much unnecessary stress with every boarding/departure from the bus. The lack of notice of vehicle change and having no issues with the executive mini coach according to the driver is not in accordance with the contract. Terrible drivers who speed, fail to use turn signals, and don't yield to pedestrians or cyclists.

This morning I was driving down East I-94 in the area of 12 mile rd when the woman that was driving van number 905 proceeded to cut me off. She came quickly from the right lane to the center and then cut quickly in front of me in the left lane doing under the speed limit. There were no cars close behind me in the left lane. She easily could have let me pass then eased over into the lane. Not only did she cut me off but she then looks at me in her driver side mirror and gives me the finger. It's bad enough that she's going to drive like that but to then give the person that she cut off the finger is uncalled for. If this is the type of people they hire maybe they should rethink their hiring standards. read more

Needless to say the car never came, I called and the dispatcher says there was only 1 car in the area, and when I called back they decided not to answer the phone. Paid Trinity for two trips to ceremony, "Couldn't make it in time" so didn't pick up second group of guests. Company calls us "hasty" and puts blame on us and refused partial refund. We used this service for a wedding where we requested two trips from hotel to ceremony, overall 45 minute round trip. We gave the driver at least an hour and 15 minutes to make these trips before the ceremony started. After the first trip the driver sat in the parking lot away from our line of sight. We assumed the driver went to pick up remaining guests, they did not. Our guests who were waiting the second shuttle had no ride and the with roughly a 20 minute drive were going to miss the ceremony. They had to resort to carpooling and calling cabs to get to ceremony. The ceremony started 30 minutes late. When questioned they stated they did what we requested and accused our guests of being "hasty" when they drove themselves. Their driver never even left, unless Trinity vehicles harnessed the power of teleportation, they actively know of this lack of followthrough on contracts. They are crooks and I'd suggest using other services including Uber. read more

This is absolutely absurd. When I first called I was told it would be and hour wait. That was two hours ago. Still waiting. .This company carries our children to schools. I want that to change! I ended up walking, hobble with my cane for a mile or two to my destination. Cancelled the call after arriving at my destination. The return trip was a different story, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait. The car pulled up within 18 minutes. Surprise-Surprise. The car was neat and clean, the driver was very courteous and pleasant. So they redeemed themselves. Changing my score to a three from one. I expect better. We had our wedding on September 4, 2016 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Trinity Transportation, despite clear instructions in both our signed and written contract, as well as multiple e-mails confirmed by company representatives, sent the bus we requested to a location in Detroit that was the location of another wedding (not ours). None of our guests were in Detroit. The vast majority of our guests staying at hotel locations had to pay for car services to get to our wedding. The remaining guests who took the shuttle (that was over an hour late) arrived late to our wedding. Our wedding was severely delayed because of Trinity Transportation's incompetence. Worst of all, Trinity blamed me for their dispatcher's error and refused to apologize until our wedding planners read the contract and email confirmation verbatim to the dispatcher. We have yet to receive any response, apology, or remedy from Trinity Transportation. I would not recommend Trinity Transportation to drive me around the block. Update: Trinity did provide us a full refund. read more

You know those horror films where the inexplicably creepy guy at the front desk has a mummified corpse of his mother in the living room or the cab driver is revealed to have a freezer full of body parts? That guy drives for Trinity transportation in Detroit. The company I work for hired this outfit and it's clear they don't do much legitimate business. We were told we would be greeted at DTW with a sign stating our company name. We kept seeing the aforementioned creepy guy walking ever more agitated up and down with a sign saying something not even remotely close ("Arab Community Center - Yvonne" to be precise.) One of our crew even stopped him and asked him if he was our driver and he apparently didn't make the connection. We had to call the office who had to call him to convince him he was our driver. Since he communicated in the odd grunt no one could be sure what he actually understood, but suffice it to say there was no apology or explanation, even from the office. Grunty drives like he's angry at everything but sure got us where we needed to go right away. scratching our heads, but? Back to the airport, 6 am. practically the same thing. Grunty is there, but parked across the street where we can't see him. one of our crew finally locates him and he makes us schlep our bags to him and talks on the phone while we load the van. Did i mention Rain Man smokes? Just what I need first thing in the morning. Then off with a snort when he was good and ready, Right Wing talk radio blasting. I asked him to please turn it off. Did he just start to drive faster and more erratically? Now everyone is getting paranoid: asking several times if we are close to the airport. He finally answers we are very close, using more words than, "Grunt" Until we actually get out of the van, everyone is sort of tensely silent. Good times. Use at yr own risk. read more

We used Trinity for our wedding and deeply regret it. We booked a coach bus to take our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue. We provided timelines and directions, sent a map; all the info they requested. The bus was very late (around an hour) to the ceremony because they didn't follow the directions we provided. read more

I came across Trinity Coach completely by accident. The Dearborn Inn gave me a vendor list when I was considering hosting my wedding reception there, and I literally just went down the list, calling each one, until I happened to reach Trinity Coach. Stephanie was a joy to work with, and there was never any pressure from her or anyone else from Trinity Coach at all throughout my shuttle shopping process. Obviously, the final price will vary based on your needs, but for us, we had a 25 passenger shuttle, going to and from the reception hall and the hotel, nonstop from 5:30pm to 12:30am, on a Saturday evening, for less than $500, tax and tip included. I know a lot of places charge based on the amount of trips the shuttle makes. Since you can't sit there and monitor how many trips a shuttle driver makes to help control cost, I would recommend going with Trinity Coach since they charge a flat fee. They were very flexible about going over the time limit for about 15-30 minutes, the coaches are clean and well maintained, the driver we had was really nice. We made sure he was highly appreciated at the end of his shift. :-) read more

I would not recommend this transportation company because they are slower than molasses. A vehicle wasn't ready for my pickup for almost 2 hours after I called them for a ride....by that time, I had already gotten a ride from a Lyft driver! Plus, the customer service reps were uneducated and unorganized. They didn't seem to have the slightest clue of what was going on. I will NEVER call and ask for a ride from Trinity again. read more

We needed coach buses for our guests for our wedding. Trinity Transportation is the recommended vendor from the Marriott RenCen, where our guests were staying. Stephanie was very helpful and great in helping us plan everything. I emailed her a detailed timeline of where the buses needed to go. All of the guests staying in the hotels were from out of town so I wanted to make sure the driver knew where he was going, as the guests had no clue. The timeline included phone numbers for the groom, BM, FOG, etc. as well as the address for each location and when they had to be there. The morning of the wedding we realized I-94 would be a terrible way to get up to the ceremony, since that would be during rush hour. We called Stephanie and asked her to tell the drivers to take Jefferson, to ensure they would not miss the ceremony. The message did not get relayed and the driver took I-94 and dropped the guests off 5 minutes before the ceremony started (we were anticipating them to arrive 30 min beforehand if they took Jefferson). A guest even told me the driver asked another guest where the destination was. At one point the FOG was in contact with one of the drivers and that driver did not realize there were two buses. We wish the drivers had communicated since we wanted the buses to pick up additional guests at each hotel, if necessary. This was a bit irritating since I worked hard to avoid situations like this. Overall, the price was great and they were nice buses. I just wish the drivers had the information I gave them in order to get everybody there on time. I would give 3.5 stars. read more

I was referred to this company by the hospital I was discharged from and was told they can provide transportation to medical appointments. I called a few days ago and was told I could request a ride in advance. When I called today to make the reservation, the dispatcher told me she could not reserve it in advance because they are "first-come first-serve". So I asked why I could not be the first to request it and even offered to pay in advance and she was very rude and unhelpful. read more

My wife and I are very happy with the service we received from Trinity Transportation! We rented a Limo Bus for our wedding at Wellers in Saline. Since most of our guest were from the Wyandotte/Grosse Ile area, we had Trinity pick our guests up at Grosse Ile High School and afterwards dropped them off at the pickup spot. Everything from booking to the cleanliness of the coach was perfect! The Limo Bus stayed onsite until our wedding was over around 1 AM. What a blessing it was, I am very happy we decided to offer this to our guest since most of them had one too many drinks! I get a call five minutes before I am supposed to be on my way to school saying we have yet to find you a car. I recently took my family to Disney World for that once in a lifetime vacation. Having had many harrowing experiences with transportation in the past for early morning flights, I wanted to make sure I found someone who was reliable with clean, working vehicles for this trip. We needed transportation for 4 adults, 2 children, 1 toddler, and 17 pieces of luggage including carryons. In addition, we were using the Disney Magical Express, which meant we were not taking car seats or boosters with us. I knew that cabs would not transport us without these items. My call to Trinity solved all my problems. Our driver to the airport, Lenny, arrived 25 minutes ahead of time, loaded all the luggage, made sure that everyone was safely in the van, and delivered us to the airport just as scheduled. On our return home, our driver Jeff gave the same great service. He was waiting for us when we landed, helped get all our luggage from the carousal and put it on the cart he brought. He then loaded it in the van, again got all of us safely in the van and buckled and brought us home safe and sound. Their prices were very reasonable and the quality and reliability were outstanding. This company has terrible customer service!!! I had to wait 2 and a half hours today to get a ride home from my doctor appointment. I called for a taxi at 1pm and they didn't show up until after 3:30 pm. When called to complain about the long wait all they had was a bunch of excuses. It was bad weather, they were short on drivers, there were all of others who were ahead of me, they were busy picking up kids from local schools, and on and on one excuse after the other ad nauseam. They were rude very inconsiderate and not at all concerned about proper customer service. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I have been treated poorly by this company on many occasions when I needed taxi service. This one lady that I talked to on the phone today at TRINITY even told me if I knew anyone who needs a job tell them they are hiring and need drivers. Seriously! I went through all this today to get a 2 mile ride across town to get home. I do not recommend TRINITY to anyone. If you decide to use this company make sure you have plenty of Excedrin on hand for the headaches you will suffer!!!! read more

Had their bus for a wedding over the weekend. They were supposed to make two trips to pick up guests from the hotel. I thankfully took the first bus to get there early since my date was in the wedding party and I didn't have another ride. The driver was friendly, but she waited around too long at the second pickup location (where no one was waiting and no one got on the bus). One of the passengers on the bus told her we needed to get going so we could stay on time since there was another group to pick up. We finally got on the road and got to the wedding location. When guests at the hotel started calling the groom asking about the second pickup (there were a lot of people waiting on the second pickup) we noticed that the driver had parked the bus in the lot and hadn't gone back to pick up the other guests. The best man had to call the company and ask why she hadn't gone back for the other group, to which they didn't have an answer or a solution. When he asked the driver she said she didn't have enough time to pick them up and get back so she just decided to stay there. She didn't tell anyone she wasn't making a second trip and the bride and groom had paid for two trips to get people to the wedding so they wouldn't have to worry about driving home after drinking. The guests at the hotel ended up driving to the wedding and arriving late since they had waited on the bus for so long. The wedding started late to wait for the guests to arrive. The best man and mother of the groom tried to get the company to make good on the payment the couple had already made for that one trip by having them bus people back to the venue in the morning to pick up their cars, but the company refused. I would definitely not recommend using this company again if you want a reliable ride and a company that sticks to their agreement. If you're looking for rides for your wedding guests, find another company- no couple needs that stress on their wedding day. read more

Nevertheless, to cancel a trip at the very last minute- is unacceptable and also a violation. Once a person pays for a service- the provider must carry through with the agreement.
