They provided me with training on the wheel chair features, installed the lift on my truck quickly and professionally and then taught me about the features of the lift as well. Very friendly, professional and I couldn't ask for a more helpful business as they have helped me greatly with any issues I have had since I began doing business with them. I cannot give them high enough praise and highly recommend them to anyone that needs the living aids that Grizzard deals in.

I was very impressed with the quality of the Bruno lift & even more impressed by the technical support I was provided to assist me in the installation. When I determined that there were no providers of this service in the area I decided to become a Bruno dealer to help people in our area. I opened Grizzard Living Aids within Wig's Wheels bicycle shop in Anniston, AL. Don't forget that we rent scooters! Perfect for vacations, sporting events, and festivals! I had looked for a place to have 2 wheelchairs repaired. I was running out local places, as no one…read moredid repairs, and I finally found Attention Medical Supply. If only I had been able to start there! The staff was so friendly and helpful, that I almost wanted to buy new wheelchairs! They ordered the parts the same day I visited and gave me the date they would be ready. Not only did they do an exceptional job on the repairs, but the wheelchairs were ready a day earlier than promised. That was better than I could have hoped for because of a tight schedule. I will go back to them for any future needs, repairs or new! I highly recommend Attention Medical Supply and encourage anyone to check with them first!

I called from San Diego last Thursday and made arrangements for a wheelchair pick-up on Friday. My…read moregranddaughter drove 30 minutes to get there, only to find a note on the door that said they were "closed for a delivery" and " sorry." I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. Shame on you!
