He borrowed a wheelchair from us…read more(Physicians Home Health Superstore) in November and stated his "shipment was coming in anyday" and he would repay what we loaned to him. In good faith I agreed to do this for him and I have not heard from him again, he doesn't return phone calls and we are out a wheelchair that he is being paid for by insurance. Not very honest business practices in my opinion therefore his business would get zero stars from me.

I had to call the doctors office twice and leave a message asking about the rollator. Not only did Rotech have the order for 2 months but did not offer an apology for not getting it out sooner or when asked, offer an explanation as to why this has taken so long. I will never use this company. I wanted to give a score of less than one full star, because someone did call to ask for banking or credit info so that I could be charged before anyone delivered the equipment the next day. The standards for this company and service are to me at the lowest bar.
