I have been trying to get a rollator from this facility for 2 months through my doctors office. Needless to say the doctors office chose Rotech Healthcare Medical Supplies themselves to fill this order. I had to call the doctors office twice and leave a message asking about the rollator. Not only did Rotech have the order for 2 months but did not offer an apology for not getting it out sooner or when asked, offer an explanation as to why this has taken so long. I will never use this company. I wanted to give a score of less than one full star, because someone did call to ask for banking or credit info so that I could be charged before anyone delivered the equipment the next day. The standards for this company and service are to me at the lowest bar. read more

I don't think they have supplies. I'm not sure what they have, but it wasn't personality either. When the individual found out I was from out of town, she wouldn't even recommend an area business. My first and last visit. read more
