The woman on the phone responded by saying that even if I provided the serial number, she "couldn't take my word for it." The tone of the conversation made it feel like I was being treated as dishonest just for asking about pricing. She then mentioned that one person only received $8 for a catalytic converter, which did not sound serious or helpful when someone is trying to get legitimate information. Most catalytic converter buyers will at least provide a general estimate using the serial number or photos. Instead, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional from the start. Customer inquiries should be handled respectfully and clearly, especially when someone is simply asking how your buying process works.

Yesterday June 13 I found myself driving my brothers car that passed away. I drive but it was my…read morefirst time driving two hours to get back home. During my ride, my TPMS light came on. And my other brother told me I needed air, well I tried that but it still came on. I remembered how friendly auto zone in general are to their customers, so I came to this location by chance. The young man name Nick with his friendly smile pointed me in the direction to get caps for the wheel (air caps). Even with my fear I asked him if he could check my car out, I didn't think their was enough air and I never had to do this before since I never had a car. He went straight into help Mode, he provided me with the air machine and did the air himself . While his manager took other customers. It was Nick that got on his knees to help a stranger that just lost her brother . He not only put air in my tire but he explained how I can do it myself and where the type of tire and air number is located in my car. I'm so grateful to have encounter Nick. As an HR Director you strive for your employees to go above and beyond. Not only did he do that but he showed compassion. I will always remember his kindness during such a difficult time of my life. Stopped into this Speedway for some refreshments and gas on my road trip. It was placed right off…read morethe road, so no need to exit, and was easy to get in and out of. The gas was cheaper than the station across the street. In the inside, it was a standard gas station with a beer cave, restrooms (not the cleanest but to be expected) and plenty of snack options. It was pretty well stocked and the people working were very helpful and kind. Additionally, they did have a little section with hot food like wings, and such that were under heat lamps.
