My bag was also screened for explosive residue. One of the TSA guys seemed to want to keep my boarding pass and driver's license even though he waved me through to the waiting area for our plane. I think he wanted me to stay in Maine. :) And they're putting up a brand new terminal, too! It will replace the trailer, for which I have a certain fondness given my first office during my post-graduate career was in a trailer (with holes through the floor). I like trailers. Really, these are good people, and it is a good security experience - if slow and ponderous like a turtle.
