I'm a first time homeowner and don't really have a lot of knowledge regarding irrigation systems. Not to mention the previous homeowner left the system in dismay. Dennis was extremely helpful taking the time to explain every detail to me about the control box, valves, and heads, all while teaching Jake (in training) new skills. When we found out the control clock was fried, he warned me against certain brands and was kind enough to go out of his way to purchase one through a local distributor, saving me time and money, and allowing for me to get a high quality clock without having to wait for shipping or settling for lower quality. He also came back to my property a second time. After the initial troubleshooting kept him longer than expected, he had to leave, so as to not be late for his next appointments, assuring me he would come back at the end of his day. Sure enough he and Jake returned to finish the job just as promised and once the system was up an running, Dennis walked around the property checking to make sure everything was in working order, explaining things and replacing broken parts along the way. It all ended with a firm handshake and a new loyal customer! The price was very reasonable, and even less than I was quoted from some competitors. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. The carpet was damp so we know they were "cleaned", but the quality of the work was terrible. I ended up having to purchase a handheld carpet and upholstery cleaner to do the stairs, and that little machine (plus about 2.5 hours of effort) did way better than Mr. Vac. Photos in this post is one of the remnant stains after Mr. Vac "cleaning" but before I cleaned the stairs myself. Also pictured is the dirty water reservoir from my machine after cleaning just 3 of the 18 stairs. You'd think after a "professional" job, there wouldn't be this much reserve dirt in the carpet...right? In future we will always recommend against Mr. Vac for carpet cleaning of our homes.

In the past, while managing two mobile home parks, I could never get ahold of my technician or know when/if he came by to service mice infestations of the office trailer. I requested a new technician after that and got Jessie and boy did that make a difference! Jessie is dependable, hard working, knowledgeable and super friendly. I am terrified, like unnaturally scared of spiders and mice, and he went through every crack and cranny of that trailer and filled in holes where they might be getting in. I never even had to call and schedule him again after that, he keeps track of the schedule and shows up when needed, which is everything when you're a property manager or homeowner. He also does his very best to make himself available if there's an emergency situation which is great. Definitely recommend 10/10 for pest control when you're a scaredy cat like me!!
