Did nothing. I build computers. I upgraded my laptop and because of some eye trouble i had…read moredifficulty in reconnecting small power ribbon. Went in and told dan the owner what trouble i was having. He said sure he can take care of it. 4 days later he still had not looked at it and now said laptop won't power on. He said he took everything apart and checked it out. HE LIED. I took the laptop back and took the laptop apart myself. Thermal paste and everything i had upgraded was not touched. When returning laptop to me he told me he had it all apart and would reassemble in about 20 minutes. Well 1 minute later he gave everything back to me. This is how i know he did jack shit As far as people giving him 5 star reviews i wouldn't be surprised that the names were made up and they posted themselves If he had done right by me i would have given him some more business. However since doing nothing and lying to my face i have warned these people to stay away!

Instead, I received a lack of professionalism and confusion. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were missed, typos were downplayed (including an incorrect spelling of our company name), and the overall quality of the work did not match what was promised during onboarding. I expected strategic guidance and polished execution but instead received generic ideas and very little follow-through. For a company that positions itself as "creative" and "quality," the experience was extremely basic and unorganized. Communication was sporadic at best - kind of like a situationship where they text you back days later and pretend nothing happened. Deadlines came and went, and "strategy" was nothing more than suggestions about plans that lacked execution. What was most alarming was that the lead manager (Cesar) displayed a violent temper when questioned about the lack of accountability regarding missing deliverables and errors made on his behalf. Needless to say, I was very disappointed by the experience, and by the end, my team was doing more creative thinking about what was happening than this company was actually doing. If you're looking for strong attention to detail, a partner who delivers on expectations, consistency, polish, or follow-through, this definitely isn't your place.
