She was very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with as I called her several times. We had many questions since I was new to scooters and she took the time to answer all. She recommended several new scooters and one used scooter that fit the build. When we drove down the entire staff was very informative and the scooter was just as described. They took the time to go over all aspects of the scooter with me and loaded it up in my truck as well. They have a large selection and great brands! I would and have already recommended them to one of my sons friends looking for a scooter. Thanks EZ Bikes!!!

I walked into EZ Electric Bikes & Scooters and met Steve and the owner, Theresa, and they genuinely changed my day -- and my entire situation. At first, I purchased a beautiful motorcycle, but unfortunately, due to brain fog, I wasn't able to pass the motorcycle test. When I returned to the shop, Steve and "Mother Theresa," as I call her, showed me true compassion. They listened, understood, and worked with me to find the best alternative. They got me into a new moped that didn't require the same licensing. On top of that, Mother Theresa generously gifted me an $80 helmet -- completely free -- just to help ease my burden. They even went above and beyond by writing a note for the DMV to simplify the process of switching from motorcycle to moped plates. During a time in my life when everything felt like an uphill battle, Steve and Theresa treated me with unmatched kindness, patience, and heartfelt compassion. I truly can't thank them enough. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like more than just a customer, EZ Electric Bikes & Scooters is where you'll find that kind of care. - Bruce L.

Can I give these guys six stars? I mean, wow....what can I say?…read more Okay, I'll quit gushing and get to the point. IF built a Steel Crown Jewel frame for me last summer and it's everything I hoped it would be and more. It rides, handles, basically does everything I want it would do. Yea! How I went about ordering my IF frame may have been a bit atypical: since there isn't an IF dealer within 150 miles of me, I was able to deal with IF directly. This means that this review, I think, may be a bit better representative of IF since I wasn't going through a bike shop as an intermediary. In other words, my experience was with IF and only IF. When reviewing a custom frame builder it's not enough to say whether the frame came out "good" or "bad", but what needs to be mentioned is how well they listened and respected the desires of the customer and what the overall experience was like. And with IF, what a good experience it was. I dealt with Jesse, who was very patient and a very good listener, and as a result I received exactly what I wanted and ordered. No change was too small, no question too trivial. You can tell that to these guys bicycles are important and a passion, not just something they do Monday through Friday. (As an aside, I previously attempted to order a frame through another frame builder [who shall remain anonymous, but let's just say they're near Boston] who kept insisting that they knew best what I wanted. They didn't, and after a couple frustrating months I cancelled the order.) So anyway, if you need a custom frame or are just thinking of getting that "Dream Bike", definitely put IF on the list of builders to consider. Before getting a frame from someone else, do yourself a favor and at least give these guys a call to see if they're right for you. I'm sure glad I did.

This may be lengthy but it's well deserved. I decided to shop local instead and after a lot of research, I thought that it would be worth my while paying a visit to Seacoast e-Bikes. Wow!! Am I glad I did. The lady that assisted me was not only very knowledgeable but extremely patient and made sure that my questions were answered. She pulled no less than a half dozen bikes for me to try and seemed vested in making sure that I had the right bike with the right fit. She wasn't pushy or even tried to oversell. You could see that she had my interest, just like if she was the customer. The service didn't stop there. After picking my bike, they made sure that it was well adjusted and road worthy. The owner even checked up on me to see if everything was in order. While waiting for my bike to be ready, I also witnessed how returning customers were treated ... It reassured me that I made the right choice. We have another bike to buy for this upcoming season, and we are heading to Seacoast e-Bikes without even looking at other dealerships because they do customer service the old fashion way. BTW, I am not affiliated with the shop, the owner(s) or the staff. I was not paid nor even asked to write this review. I am just a VERY Satisfied customer.

I have put over 400 miles on it and it's going strong. I bought the bike from a dealer, Seacoast e-Bikes, because it is a fairly complex piece of machinery which requires some amount of care and feeding. Just about the time the bike was ready for its' tuneup (free at Seacoast), I got a flat tire. The flat was in the rear wheel with all sorts of connections to the chain, motor, gears etc. I dropped the bike off at Seacoast and the fixe the flat, and did the tuneup for a total of $50. If I had bought the bike via mail order I would have paid a lot more. They even dropped the bike off at my house free of cost. Shane, Frank and Steve and the rest of the staff really care about their customers, and know bike maintenance and repair cold. There is no reason to buy an e-bike mail order, because sooner or later it will need service and maintenance. If I could give 10 stars on this review I would. s

I was new to skiing, so I just wanted to get some gear where I could continue to build my confidence on the slopes. One of the employees asked me all of the right questions without being judgmental or condescending. He asked me what my skill level was, the price I would like to overall pay, etc. With that, he brought out some boots and they fit perfectly and comfortably. He then showed me some skis that would be good for my height...and with that I left only paying $800 for boots, skis and bindings. Each step of the way, the employee kept making it clear that he wasn't intending to sell me anything, and that he would understand if I wanted to shop around elsewhere. Again, this set me at ease knowing that he was providing me with non-pressured service. Since then, I have returned to Fire on the Mountain to service my skis regularly. Recently, I brought my skis to get serviced, and I asked them about my boot, which had a buckle that was bending. They quickly offered to fix it, and when I went to pick it up, they completely fixed the boot and added a double screw to ensure that it was fastened in. As previously stated, I have nothing but great things to say. If you are looking for ski or snowboard gear in a nonintrusive environment, I highly recommend Fire on the Mountain! Their employees and customer service is unlike any other.
