They are unable to manage their own staff, most of them are girls in their early 20's with no…read moreeducation background. They are short staffed, teachers leave and quit because they don't have the support from their manager who keep accepting kids without being proper staffed. Teachers and manager have lack on knowledge on education or how to handle common issues in babies, they rather implement unrealistic "programs" setting them for failure and kick them out. The teachers don't promote creativity, don't read books on a regular basis, don't do activities (they started to do it only by parent's request for a few weeks, and went back to just sitting there without even interacting with babies). Teachers were caught on their cellphones numerous times, even though there are cameras. They only cover the basics: feeding, and changing diapers. Kids get hurt and injured because teachers are unable to manage toddlers.. Not the owner or the manager have any degree in education.

PROS : - kids have other kids to interact with -staff is nice -local area with a big back yard -kids have picture day and pictures turn out really nice. CONS : -Miss helen only cares about her granddaughter who is also attending the school. -Kids are never cleaned up after they come back in from being outside -constantly sent home with wet diaper and horrible rashes -miss Hellen has her "punish" chair where she makes kids sit alone in a wooden chair when they've been bad. - Staff is teens/young adults just looking for jobs no one has child backround I know this for a FACT because one of the girls is my cousins friend who works there. -my son was not allowed to bring his binky. Why? -my son was not progressing in speech nor socializing with children correctly. -Miss helen told me to my face "hes just a little to hard to deal with" ABOUT MY SON. -my son is very active so he doesn't want to sit in circle time, they would force him to so he would get upset and this is why she told me "hes hard to deal with" -tuition is a JOKE almost 300$ a WEEK for my child to be ignored, sent home dirty, and be made out to be some terror who is "hard to deal with " -Miss helen sent me threatening voice mails (that I wish I could include) telling me AFTER I pulled my son out that I owed her money ($200 plus) when in reality I owed her $45. BECAUSE of this she threatened to call norwescap (agency that helps with childcare) and tell them that I owe a balance with her school. This was AND I QUOTE "Luca (my son ) will not be able to attend anywhere until I get paid" she is a selfish selfish woman. she told me "I know dad isn't in the picture but I still expect my money" it was the worst decision of my LIFE to bring him to this school. I would prefer Early Discovery Learning Center in Stanhope theyre so nice so kind and so polite staff has been there 20 plus years. GOOD RIDANCE MISS HELLEN.

This is our first year at the school and we weren't sure what to expect at first but we are so glad and blessed we found this school. Her first teacher Miss Deepa is absolutely amazing. She is caring, loving and treats all kids like her own. She was able to teach my daughter how to start reading and do math and my daughter looks forward to seeing her every single day. She is very professional and addresses all my concerns. She is definitely one of the best teachers my daughter has had. Her second teacher Miss W. is just as amazing. She has such great teaching skills that my daughter has advanced beyond all of our expectations. She is caring and loving and really focuses in teaching kids boundaries and rules. Something I am so very thankful for as it takes a village to raise a child and I'm glad the school cares about teaching these skills as well. Another one of our favorite teaches. Lastly, the school wouldn't be so amazing without the people running it all. The director, Miss Martin, is one of the best directors we have had the pleasure to have. She is extremely professional, caring and always addresses all my concerns no matter how crazy they can be. I can call several times a day and she always listens and follows through. Miss Donahue the assistant director is just as caring and professional and between the both of them they do an amazing job running the school. I highly recommend this school. If they had first grade we would definitely stay there.

My kids both went to Just Kidz until it was time for them to go to kindergarten and I will be forever grateful for the staff there. They learned so much at this preschool that prepared them so well for moving on to school and it was not just the simple things but educational things also that I know for a fact, I did not get around to teaching them. The teachers there took EXCELLENT care of them, we as parents were kept in the loop with everything that was going on with them. They absolutely loved it there and even to this day ( they are now 6 and 9 ) are still asking when are they going back. The Summer program is also an added bonus. If you need a pre-school................ THIS IS THE ONE. Ms.Katie, Ms. Maggie, Ms. Cathy, Ms. Sharon and Ms. Christie ( the owner ) all A+ In my humble opinion :)

Coming from a family who had a baby born during these crazy COVID times, you can imagine how…read morestressed as first time parents we were when it came to placing our daughter in daycare. Whippany KinderCare has turned out to be one of the biggest blessings for our family for so many reasons. One of the things we are so impressed by and pleased with is how much the director (Chelsea) and assistant director (Leah) are involved with all the kids. If we ever have a question, they always are aware of how our daughter is doing because they keep tabs with her teacher on the regular and can answer anything with confidence. Seeing how our daughter was progressing, it was suggested that we move her up a class. We were a little nervous to do this six weeks early but with their support and after being offered to do a trial day, to our surprise everything went amazingly well! Our daughter is learning so much and we already see such an improvement in her language development (both sign and vocal) and other skills like how to use utensils and not throw food at the table. It truly is such a joy to see how much she is growing here. As a parent, you obviously want nothing but the best care for your kid and we have no doubt we made the right decision with Whippany KinderCare. Especially during the pandemic, knowing that the center has been taking every reasonable precaution (temperature checks at the door, constant sanitizing of the school, the use of masks for teachers and children, no outside toys, etc.) further gives us peace of mind that our daughter is in safe hands. We really couldn't be happier and feel so grateful to have found this center and appreciate so much how much love and care all the teachers and staff give towards our daughter.
