I directed the driver to drop the pallets in my back yard and pointed out the location of our septic tank. I was off a little bit in locating the tank and the piggy-back fork truck caved in a portion of the tank. The entire mess was mostly my fault but Rob Proulx and the driver bent over backwards to help us out. We've been using a competitive wood block for years and found the Bio Blocks to be superior in quality. Secondly, I can't thank NAF enough for the help they gave us.

He assured me he could deliver dry (mostly ash) cut to my specific length requirement. We agreed on a price, which was a significant premium over what he was offering in his advertising; because it would take extra labor to cut my length and again assured it would be dry. Upon delivery I found about 10% of the wood to be in excess of 14" which will require recutting to fit in my stove. The worst part of everything is that the wood is wet.... On day one, even the smallest re-split pieces would not light. The wood was immediately stacked inside and now a few weeks later all of it is still too wet to burn. Shame on Tim Moreau. I would discourage anyone from dealing with him.
