When I spoke with the manager on duty he said he just went with what the attendants were soing because they couldn't have my alarm going off. I asked if they were licensed mechanics. He said no. I let him know they should not be doing anything but cleaning my vehicle without first getting authorization from the owner. They had another issuse with a customer before me. I'm not sure if they've changed staff or management but they should know not to try and work on someone's car at a car detailing business.

I tried calling them for 45 minutes prior to their closing to make sure they received my message and to confirm my appointment. Still did not receive an answer. No return phone call that day or the morning of the next day. I had requested my appointment for the next day at 11:15 because I had another appointment and was going to be in the area for a few hours. I had arranged for someone to pick me up since they ask you to plan for 4 hours for the detailing to be completed. Got up there and they could not take me because they had 2 others they were working on. I told them about my message and trying to call them repeatedly to no avail. No apology, nothing. The attendant acted like I was bothering him! No way to conduct a business.
