You will vac and towel dry your vehicle yourself. I don't always feel like doing all of that! Cruisers advertises and encourages customers to inspect their cars or trucks and to make comments to the people finishing up your vehicle if you'd like something touched up or missed by the detail guy. I tried requesting a touch up on a place that was missed. I got a bit of animosity from the attendant! It appears that he wasn't up to hearing any suggestions from me. I let it go and gave him a good tip anyway. The people here do work very hard and under trying conditions! All said and done I did get a good car wash for my money!

Very disappointed in this car wash. The last 3 times have had an issue each time. This time was…read morestrike 3. They had 2 cars ahead of mine. Mine being only 3 cars there. That's it. It took over 30 minutes to finish my vehicle. All 3 guys drying vehicles stood around talking to each other while the cars sat there and us 3 customers watching them. They were passing around cigarettes. I will not be going back there, nor will my wife or adult kids. No management was viable to make this business efficient or the management was one of the one's talking. Unfortunate.
