To dodge calls and pick up on first ring when I call from a different number and then come up with an excuse that you are out of the office when your website shows you are in today 12/22/22 9am to 5pm: April through to December, is dissappointing and really an unnecessary waste of time. I am fully responsible for the delays in my filings and to help avoid further delays, just be upfront with clients, it really saves them time, as well as you and is only professional to do vs. the intentional screening of calls. I now know that you will not work with clients faced with financial challenges, which is fine and really could have just been quicker to say it right away vs. avoiding my calls and only responding to my email when I called. Times are tough for everyone so I do not hold your decision not to consider service at a discounted rate, against you. I don't even know your current pricing to be honest, it may be over the $500 that I paid a couple of years back, but sadly I never even got to that discussion. What I suggest for the next person in my shoes that approaches you is just a quicker "NO" as it helps elimiate delays for the person receiving the NO and they can move on quicker to find a new place to try. You were great when I worked with you and I do not doubt you still are which is why I came back. My frustration is from the run-around that really could have been handled better. Best of luck.

To be fair, Mr. Baak was great to work with 5 or 6 years ago but during the last few years the quality of work has gone downhill!
