Why wouldn't he be at his office at 9 for his 9 o'clock appointment?? The chubby white girl tech has a bad attitude and is rude. Office is ugly and dated and looks like it's some backroom sketchy dentist office. Seriously disappointing. This is a small town and you will not be successful if you don't treat people right.

The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was friendly, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Over the course of five visits, I've also worked with three different dental assistants, and every one of them has been kind, professional, and welcoming. I truly can't say enough good things about everyone here. When I scheduled my first appointment, I was extremely nervous because of several terrible experiences with dentists in the past. Those experiences left me convinced that I would never see a dentist again unless I absolutely had to. Unfortunately, I developed a toothache that wouldn't go away, so I made an appointment with Dr. Rutherford. From the very beginning, he went out of his way to help me feel at ease. He explains everything clearly, answers every question thoroughly, and genuinely cares about his patients' comfort. It never felt like I was being rushed, and every procedure was done at a pace I was comfortable with. So far I've had a comprehensive exam, an emergency visit for pain, a filling, and an extraction. Every experience has been positive. Before one procedure, I had a severe anxiety attack. Instead of pushing through, Dr. Rutherford calmly stopped, raised the chair, talked with me, and helped me regain my composure before continuing. That level of patience and compassion meant more than I can express. The extraction itself deserves special mention. It was surprisingly quick, virtually painless, and involved very little pressure or discomfort. After years of fearing dental work, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Rutherford was incredibly understanding and patient with my dental anxiety every step of the way. The entire staff is caring, the facility is clean and professional, and every member of the team treats patients with kindness and respect. If you've been avoiding the dentist because of fear or past bad experiences, I can genuinely recommend Dr. Rutherford and his team without hesitation.

His office staff have all worked for him for years, which says a lot about his character. They are all top notch and so helpful. Dr Wilson saw me for an emergency years ago in Paradise and I have never forgotten that.
