We live 50 minutes away so it's not a quick drive for seniors. So after paying $38,000 dollars he finally got his final teeth in five days ago and guess what? He was giving the dog her pills and we heard a big "POP!" Yep, you guessed it, the permant one cracked. We also just found out the first cleaning is free but every six months after that will be two hundred and eighty dollars. This cleaning expense was not told to us until after right before the permanent teeth were put in. We have spent so much more money and time for the countless visits to fix cracked and even completely broken implants! I suggest doing your research before going here for any kind of dental work!

I have a pretty deep phobia of the dentist from major dental trauma as a kid. I have a pattern of…read morenot going for years when I have to change dentists. After many many months of research and putting it off I finally called Dr. Falvey's office. From start to finish it was the best dental experience I have every had. Everyone was extremely kind, calm and patient, including the receptionist, the hygienist and Dr. Falvey. There was no judgement and lots of listening and understanding of how my phobia developed. Michelle, the hygienist was gentle, regularly checked in with me and told me I could use nitrous if needed. I never actually needed it! Dr. Falvey came up with a treatment plan that incorporated my phobia and changing my pattern of going from deep cleaning to deep cleaning. The receptionist encouraged me on the way in for having made it to the appointment and on the way out for making my next one. The first visit with x-rays was pricey but for me its worth the extra cost to actually go, have a positive experience and avoid more expensive problems later. Follow up visit prices seem pretty in-line with other dentists. If you are fearful of the dentist this is the place for you.

You wait hours beyond appointment times. If they can they shift your care with little concern for you as a person, who is probably in pain. They left my son with no suction numbed and wait9ng alone, he choked and then they canceled the appointment after the danger they created. Showed up for a root canal on friday afternoon dentist doesnt want to do it so said he would pull it or cancel the appointment when i said no he started to talk down to me and belittle me.
