A day and a half and the sump pump was installed( with gravel), beams replaced, with jacks installed. The entire 95 year old house was better. A job that would of taken me months. Walt Bateman arrived on time to check our home for seismic security. After explaining what…read moreTerraFirma could do, he gave the exterior foundation a close inspection. We appreciated that he pointed out a couple of things needing our attention but not having to do with the home's stability in case of earthquake. He then gave equal attention to the crawlspace, taking photos to show us what was down there. It was great to hear that our builder in 1981 had properly attached the upper construction to the foundation so that it didn't need any further reinforcement. We wanted to pay him for the two hours spent with us, but he refused saying it was part of the company's offer of a free inspection. Walt seemed very knowledgeable, thorough and honest, so it's easy to give him five stars!

Randy returned my call soon after and he was available to clean the chimney today, being a Saturday it was a little more than a weekday but i needed it done. He was on time, professional, did an amazing thorough job. Very informative as to the workings of the wood stove, even showed us there were 2 fans built into the design we never knew were there. I will definitely be calling him again for regular maintenance of the stove and chimney, not to mention i would highly recommend him to friends.

I texted the guy about getting a receipt breaking down all the pricing mailed to me. Not only did he never responded back, but he never even mailed me anything at all for a breakdown of this ENOURMOUS (ridiculous) cost. WE WERE TOTALLY ROBBED, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
