Made a reservation for a shared tasting for four of us, one being a driver. Tastings are $50 per person. We were a little late as there are two Doubleback's in maps. Be sure to put in the address for the winery. The estate is nice and it's a working facility with bottling and storage of wine. The story behind the winery is interesting. We stated that we wanted only 3 tastings since we had a driver. Our hostess said she had a surprise for us and that the driver would not want to miss it, and he should grab a glass. She took us downstairs and gave us a taste out of a tulip, and showed us around the barrel room. From there she gave us two other pours and that was it. I felt like she should have only had our driver taste the barrel and be done, but she gave him a full tasting and charged him $50. Kind of sneaky and sly. He could have just shared rather than being forced his own tasting that he didn't want. The tasting does include a cheese plate. Our driver does not like Syrah, and that was one of the pours. So for $50 you get two pours and a barrel tasting. Not worth $50 in my eyes. The wines are good, but very pricey.

A socially distanced wine tour. Thanks Alex!!!

We were met at the door with a beautiful rose' welcome wine. Our host, Alex, spent a few minutes trying to get to know us -- our names, our level of wine knowledge, etc. We received a nice intro about Doubleback, then headed down to the cellar where Alex offered us samples from their unique concrete tulip. He then took us upstairs where he served a beautiful cheese plate and a small flight of their amazing wines. No sales pitch whatsoever! The wines are truly amazing. The winery is immaculate, beautiful and unique. But Alex... what a phenomenal host! I have worked hospitality in a couple of wineries. And I have had lovely private tastings throughout Europe, South America and across the USA. Alex provided a world-class experience all around and we cannot wait to visit with him again. And yes, we all joined the Doubleback wine club!

Drew live tons of questions.

Excellent "virtual" wine tasting. Lots of great interaction. Learned lots of things about wine , the vineyard, and football. Drew was a great host and a big draw for my clients. I think we are all Patriots fans as our practice is based in Wellesley, MA and Providence, RI. Foxboro is about 1/2 way between the 2 offices.

I tasted at this winery when I visited Walla Walla a few months ago. The location is super…read moreconvenient-- right along the Main Street and close to a bunch of other wineries, so you can make a whole afternoon (or day) of tasting if you like. The wine itself is high quality. There aren't a ton of varietals, but what they do they do right. I enjoyed being able to compare different years of the same wine side by side-- it really helps you see the small differences. The tasting room has excellent ambiance, and for those interested there is a large bear statue that makes for a nice photo op. The woman who poured for us was absolutely lovely and we had a great chat. Would definitely return!

I'd suggest giving this one a try as it not only has delicious wines, it's got a great story and fun experience. If you're a Twin Peaks/Kyle MacLachlan fan, you'll love this place. Kyle owns the winery and the tasting room staffer Stacey regaled us with fun stories about Kyle growing up in Yakima and his deep involvement with the project. If you're into bears, you will love this place. Is it weird to say that there is such a thing as tasteful bear decor? I think there is and this place has it! Huge bronze bear statue included. And oh yeah, the wines! They are lovely. It was a carefully chosen and fun tasting experience and I recommend!

Despite our late…read morearrival, she welcomed us graciously and took the time to share her deep knowledge of wine and the tasting process, but also the rich history of the winery, its owners, and the vineyard's growing practices. Her warmth and expertise made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The winery is nestled in a stunning location, exuding old-world charm that adds to the overall experience. The wines from Pepper Bridge were a perfect finale to a wonderful day of tasting. While I've visited another Pepper Bridge location in the past, this visit felt especially elevated, thanks to Katie's outstanding hospitality. Katie, if you ever read this review --please know that we would return to Pepper Bridge time and again because of the genuine and memorable experience you created for us.

Just WOW! I had such an incredible experience here!…read more We started off in the tasting room which looks like a villa right out of Italy. The view are stunning and so are the tables and the design. We were greeted with some delicious Sav blanc while we waited for Andrea to begin our tour. Andrea was so lovely and told us all about the unique aspects of pepper bridge that set them apart, including a really cool machine that their owner developed! It was unlike any of the previous tours we'd been on. We then went to the library for a private wine and food tasting which was absolutely remarkable. The library is STUNNING! I am gluten free and pescatarian so for my pairings, I had celery salad, fried rice, and deviled eggs. They were all amazing and the portions were generous. We got to pair them with their amazing wines and it was truly delightful. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
