B&W sent Michael out same day, and he was 100% covid compliant with mask and gloves (this was very important to me, as my daughter is high-risk). Upon inspection, he realized no electrical work actually needed to be done - just move the wire and add a few staples to keep it in place. Michael was done in a couple minutes, and didn't charge me a dime. I think any other electrician would have charged $100 just to come out. It's refreshing to see the type of company that would rather have my future business than gouge me on a simple visit like this. I'll certainly be calling them again for any electrician needs I have, and feel good giving them a glowing review. It's called Karma!

It was a Friday night so we were pretty sure we were out of luck until Monday. We called 911 Restoration and Chris let us know that he could come out the next morning. He replaced the sump pump and put in a new well for it so it wouldn't seize up again. The rain continued through the summer and the sump pump did it's job, but our vapor liner in the crawl space was still ruined. We called Chris again to come back now that we were ready to replace it.
