A pretty big store located in the area of Round Rock Premium Outlets. Since there is no Duluth Trading Company store in California (yet they show the commercials!), this was our first time ever stepping foot in this store. The inside is pretty huge, with a huge selection of clothing and items for both men and women. The quality looks really good, however the price tag is pretty pricey; I was looking at a bag and it was close to $200 ._. Since we didn't purchase anything for ourselves other than the gift card, I can really say how well the items are, but based on what my sister-in-law said, the quality of clothing is really good, as she washes a few of the clothing item that he owns and they still look brand new. Giving a 3 star rating due to the pretty high price tag, but don't let it deter you from visiting the place at least once. It is a pretty neat place, with some nice employees here.

They have a curated selection that took me back to the days when all those concert t-shirts hanging on the racks in the store were worn to school on Monday after they were freshly purchased. I went in casually looking for a pair of Levi's 501 cut-offs. They didn't have any shirts, but DID have a killer selection of full length jeans and told me to try on a few and we can cut the chosen pair to perfection. The work began and Adam set me up with a few pairs and we kept trying til about the 4th pair and they were perfect. He advised that you just gotta keep trying but he is clearly looking out for bodies that come in a variety of shapes. So then we cut the jeans not once or twice but 3 times to make sure they were perfect. All the while, the patience and attention to detail was so naturally executed that it's very clear they only want you to find the right gear and are exceptionally good at helping you do that. He even taught me how to fray a hem and how to cut shorts. Where do you even run into people anymore who care more about your experience than your money?! Here, you do. To top it off the prices are VERY reasonable!!! I love my new shorts and will be back for jeans this winter and will stop by when I'm in the area just to climb aboard the Time Machine that takes me back to my youth! It's a smaller store but they have lots of well-curated pieces and a really good selection of formal wear, dresses, skirts, jewelry, etc. I was prompted to take care of this draft review and a few others today because of a dress in the window here. A friend was recently in town visiting and asked that I go back and get a picture of the dress in the window. She is thinking about purchasing it (or having me purchase it and send it to her lol). Anyway, here's something to know: items displayed in the window have waitlists for folks intersting in purchasing. Anytime I have been in the shop, including today, service is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the vintage pieces they carry are in pristine condition. You know what I like to say at this point-shop local, support small businesses!

They have specials events from time to time in store. Service is the secret sauce in Kicking It! From the time you swing open the door you are greeted in a very pleasant way. The sales associate ask if you are looking for anything special. They are poised to direct you to the section of the store of the requested shoe. The sales folks feel like family, so there is no high pressure sales tactics. You could peruse the sneakers at your leisure. Sneakers are not cheap. My nephews and nieces have quite a selection of sneakers, so I was prepared to hear the prices. In life, sometimes you get what you pay for. I was looking for a popular brand of shoes that had recently come in a slide with a floral design. I had prepaid for them, so I was there to pick them. While I was there, I looked at a few other sandals and also bought a very nice pair of navy blue with a bit of navy blue sparkle on that sandal part. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the sandals that I purchased online would not fit me. I don't know what I was thinking because slides never do fit my wide foot. I guess I thought they were more like flip-flops but my bad I didn't even open and checked them out while I was at the store. I'm hoping to be able to return them. I did meet the manager and will re-contact him when I get home, but I have no phone service at this time as I am out of the country. I'm very hopeful. I can get the very least due and exchange and apply the amount I paid toward a different style of shoe. There were a huge amount of different shoe design and the sizes were a very good range. We didn't have to wait long before we met Kelly, who shared with us the fascinating 89-year history of Karavel shoes--wasn't that amazing? I really appreciate this sit-and-fit shoe store experience. We found the perfect pair and were able to buy our sizes right away. What makes this store special is the great fit and the friendly, attentive customer service. It's easy to see why so many people have loved this store for nearly a century.
