Lilly was our artist and balloonist and she is such a joy! She arrived on time and was easy to work with. My son wanted a lizard drawn on his arm and she was able to paint it off the top of her head. Her balloon creations were also on point. We had about 15 kids that were all able to get their face and/or arms painted and balloons made. We loved Lilly. All the kids loved her creations.
