Booking your event months in advance and leaving a deposit will not do you any good since Splendid Ballons has no problem cancelling your booking just two days before your event. Not only will he cancel your booking days before the event, but he won't even have the common decency as to tell you that he is cancelling your event. No, he leaves it up to you to ask why, for no apparent reason, he decided to refund you your deposit. As if making you inquire as to why he canceled your event wasn't unprofessional enough, he'll give you some bogus reasoning like, "sorry for the inconvenience, but there were two events booked on the same date and the same time and it took me over a month to realize it. I was hoping that giving you your money back would go unnoticed so that I wouldn't have to come up with some lame, feeble attempt to excuse my incompetency." I hired Splendid Balloons this past saturday for my daughters comunion party. John is very professional he was running late due to traffic and called to let me know. Which he stated would stay longer since was running late i thought that was really nice. All the kids loved him he did cool balloons and kept the kids entartained with magic tricks and fun jokes while he worked on making the balloons from huge swords, shopkins, frozen characters, yoshi you name it he could do it.
