He handled each and every guest as if there were 4 of "him" doing service. Not one single person wanted for food or drink once in the entire evening. Joel went above and beyond with managing small details, such as suggesting he put the kids orders in first to keep them occupied. When we surprised my sweet niece with car keys, Joel followed the 25 person parade through the restaurant to have a look outside- he was so joyful!!
